I bought a **** 350 GLE 4 months ago since then I have brought my car in 5 time for problem relating heads up display in operable and several false warning re safety features on the car. None of these have been resolved despite their efforts. Bottom line I have an expensive defective car with no recourse

They take absolutely no accountability. I brought my car in for a battery issue. In addition to replacing the battery, they recommended replacing the front breaks, changing the engine and cabin air filter. I took their recommendations and spent over $1k. After picking up the car on 6/15 I noticed that the a/c was only intermittently working. I texted in on 6/18 once it was clearly an issued to ask if this could be related and was just told "not that I'm aware of." I gave it a few more days and decided to bring it in once it was clearly a consistent problem. After looking at the car they identified a small puncture in the a/c condenser. They are saying that this is in no way related to the work that they did on the car. Even if it wasn't in the area people were specifically working, the car was presumably on a lift and around a lot of equipment so it's impossible to say that the problem didn't originate there when the a/c was working fine before that.

Would you believe Ive been here 2 additional times for issues theyve inflicted since my last review on June 6, 2023?

AVOID AT ALL COST. I have been getting my car serviced here for about 2 years and its solely because it the closest certified BMW to me. I now know the staff by name because i am there so much. I believe they diagnose your car based off of your warranty. Better the warranty, the more they are going to say is wrong. I left with my car from the most recent service and made it 200 miles before coolant was gushing from my car. MY CAR WAS THERE BECAUSE MY AC WAS BLOWING HOT AIR. The coolant tank was clearly supposed to be checked. They just put a new coolant tank in about a year ago so why are we replacing it again? After getting my car towed to CRITZ BMW (because the leak was so bad I couldn't drive it) I was without a car for 2 days because they couldn't figure out how to get me a rental car in my city. I was super inconvenienced from having to miss work multiple days, having to ask for rides and pay for ubers and having to go back and forth from Allenhurst to Savannah. Now they have diagnosed that I need a new radiator, turbo, and a few other small things. But I am curious to know, why you give my car back and tell me it's been serviced if all these things are wrong? How does my coolant leak turn into a new radiator and turbo? I was only able to make it home and once to the store TO BUY COOLANT (thinking I could just put some in and save the drive, not knowing the hose was installed incorrectly). My warranty covers all of these things and that's what motivates me to say that THEY WILL FALSE DIAGNOSE YOUR CAR TO KEEP THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT PAID THROUGH THE WARRANTY COMPANIES. I have no objection to my car being fixed for free, but these people will inconvenience your time for sure.

Run don't do business or buy a car. Critz lies. Does crappy work then abandons you service manager ****** told me on 4-21-2023 that his man was gm certified. I said that was odd he balanced them 4 times and still they shake and another dealership certified the tires are balanced wrong. He said *** we don't care. We will not pay of fix the car any more. good by. That day 4-21-2023. Such horrible service and horrible dealership. . I have driven 700 miles and two tanks of gas dealing with this horrible dealership. I still have to pay ***** to have the rear tires rebalanced. Critz and his employees abandoned me. Such a horrible place. On top of that my back two tires need rebalancing from Thier improper balancing. . My right fender is scratched to the metal. There is 18 socket pings on my 4 rims. *************************** manager said *** us we are not fixing anything on the car anymore. Rocks in the new car tires. **************** said balanced with rocks and all. Lies had to have 4 tires put on a bran New car. Front end aligned 2 times. I think GMC should step in and correct these problems and pay me back for my time and expense. Penalize Critzr dealership. ****** reviews show alot of people with the exact same is***s there. Such a horrible dealership and experience. Run. Don't buy from them. I'm a disabled veteran and on oxegen. Critzr swindled me. Such a horrible dealership.
