      I purchased a plan to cover wheel protection for my truck when I purchased it. I was bounced around for several months before they agreed to cover the expenses that I purchased the warranty for. I was told numerous times that I would receive a call to set up an appointment and years later nothing.

      looks like the customer has tried to make a few claim and wasn't successful... I have reached out to the customer for some additional information so that our teams can learn from this... I also need to confirm information to be able to provide my accounting department his information to get him his refund of $*******

      I traded in my vehicle I bought from JC Lewis on July 22, 2023. I only had the vehicle for almost 2 years. When I called about refunding the GAP and other warranties they said they could not do the GAP and that I needed to contact the bank. I called the bank and they gave me the phone number for the GAP company, that company told me I needed to call the car dealership. After a months of back and forth the GAP company said to go ahead and fill out the cancellation form and send it to them. I did that on November 1st. Since then I have been calling the dealership about the refund and they either take messages or promise to call me back. NOTHING is being resolved.

      I took my car to this collision center. I told him that my AC was working due to an accident and they told me they would fix it. Drop my car off April 2 and didn’t get my car back until June 4 when I got in my car my AC still wasn’t working I asked him about it. They told me that I need to talk to my insurance as I drove the car for eight weeks problems were happening which caused my engine to blow when I took it to the dealership in ********. They told me that the work had been before from the collision center in Savannah is why my engine locked up They told me that they didn’t replace the compressor and That they didn’t connect a hose back to the engine. When I asked the collision center in Savannah about my compressor, they told me that my insurance didn’t approve it but when I talk to my insurance the insurance stated that they never put in for a compressor. Also, my insurance came out and looked at my car at the dealership in ******** and they also would not fix the car because of the work that the collision center performed on. When I talk to the collision center in Savannah, they told me that they wasn’t taking any responsibility because I had drove the car 18,000 miles after I left them in that the car wouldn’t have drove 5 miles down the road if they didn’t connect the hose back to the engine, then the collision center said that I may be had a recall on my car. I called Ford motor company and they insured me that I didn’t have a recall on my car so I need this collision center to take responsibility because I haven’t had a car since July 23.

      And they did a terrible job, I had multiple body shops tell me that J.C Lewis did poor work they had my vehicle for two months and didn’t fix my AC after I told them multiple times that this was the main issue then gave my back my car with no working AC due to no compressor being replaced and they knew this and didn’t tell me at all. Because I talked to jc Lewis and they said my insurance didn’t improve it when I talked to my insurance they informed me that J.C Lewis never put it in to be replaced so why lie just unacceptable for a car that was in your shop for two whole months
