I placed an order online with this company on 1/28 for a $305 office chair. Immediately upon placing the order, I received a confirmation email thanking me for the order. Roughly (6) days passed and I never received an email with a tracking #. I emailed this company and asked what is the status of my order and they never responded. The next day I emailed them again asking the same question, and again no response. I emailed them again and did not get a response. On 1/10 I received an email with a tracking number and it said will be delivered 1/11. Anxiously I waited for my order to arrive and it never did. I looked up the tracking # on UPS website and it said it was delivered 1/11 with homeowner. Then I called UPS and asked how could this be, it turns out the name on the shipper was not mine, and the address on the shipper was not mine. Skemga charged my credit card $305 and I have no office chair and they will not respond to my emails. I have tried relentlessly to contact them and they ignore me. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Since they won't respond to my emails, I called my credit card company and explained the situation and they said they will work with me on the $305 and they will contact this Skemga company themselves. I tried once again emailing Skemga and they still will not respond. Why would they send my order to someone else? UPS will only tell me that the name on the tracking order that I was given by Skemga was not my name and the address was not mine. Did I receive the wrong tracking # from Skemga? I don't know and again Skemga will not respond to my emails to answer any of my questions about my missing order. They took my $305 and now they are ignoring me.
