On January 26, I ordered a gluten free pizza for my son who is a student at Savannah College of Art and Design. When his pizza had not been delivered and it had been 2 hours, he called the store to find it was closed. His pizza, cold and inedible, finally arrived amid other pizzas that were just thrown in the back of the driver's car. I called the store the next day, January 27 at 3:59 pm. The man that answered said he was the manager. I told him what happened. He replied that there was nothing he would do. After further conversation, he finally agreed to replace the pizza. I asked twice what he needed. He said the only thing he needed was my son's phone number and that it would be noted under that number. When my son called to get a replacement, he was refused as he did not have the manager's name. I called the store again yesterday, February 1. I was told the female manager that was on duty would call me back as soon as she finished making the pizza she was working on. I never received a return call. At this point I want a refund. Here is their guarantee as stated on the Domino's website " If you are not completely satisfied with your Domino's Pizza experience, we will make it right or refund your money.'
