***** ***** had called in to us for service, when we returned her calls when could not reach her. After receiving a complaint notice from the BBB regarding **** ***** we reach out to her again and after 7 attempts we made contact to schedule a service.
At the time of service **** ***** only complaint was she received to many notifications from her doorbell camera, we showed her again how to make those adjustments from her phone and we tested her other cameras and alarm. She also requested additional yard signs that were provided. **** ***** had no other concerns at the time.
At the time of the sale the equipment and cost are agreed upon and a follow up phone call with ***** ***** on a recorded line with the finance company is completed confirming all costs. ***** ***** had 3 business days to cancel the transaction.
The 4500.00 for a installation of hardwired *** **** system, video doorbell camera, alarm system, 3 years of alarm monitoring is very competitive offer and we are not familiar with any local company that can compete with our low prices.

Good Afternoon, In response to the complaint letter from ***** ***** she states “I have not heard from no representative from the company”
Total Security and Video Solutions has responded to every call from ***** *****. We reached out to ***** ***** after her first complaint letter. We scheduled a time to address any concern she had.
While we were in her home.. ***** ***** stated her only complaints were receiving to many notifications from her doorbell camera and not having additional yard signs. Both Issued were corrected that day (Refer to our original response to her first complaint)
***** ***** was referred to us from another customer. This customer is happy enough with our service that he has referred two other customers beside ***** *****.
We presented ***** ***** with a camera and alarm package. ***** ***** agreed to the terms and after everything was installed and demonstrated ***** ***** completed a confirmation phone call with the finance company that detailed to amount financed and the repayment terms, ***** ***** agreed to those terms. After that call was completed ***** ***** then had 3 business days to cancel to agreement for any reason. ***** ***** did not cancel.
There seems to be a discrepancy between what is written in her complaint letters and what she says to us when we contact her.
We encourage in of our customers to call anytime they have any questions or concerns. Total Security and Video Solutions fully services any equipment installed by us. We also offer a 2 year warranty on equipment with the exception of equipment damaged by weather aka act of god or intentionally damaged by a customer.
