I entered into contractual agreement Oct. 22, 2021. Logic One Solutions Inc./Student Loan Repair Center issued 100% money back guarantee. They worked a plan to assure I would not have to pay any more on my student loan. It was because I had been paying for 20 years or more. They indicated that I would be ok to pay nothing more but I would have to go through a "recertification Process" annually. They indicated that they would alert me when this recertification was due and for $130.00 annually they would file this recertification for me. Having heard nothing, and with the CARES program running out and loan payments to start again, I attempted to make contact with the company. No answers to phone calls or emails. At one point, as I was attempting to contact them, I did see the BBB alert calling for the revocation of Accreditation .Initial Complaint

Three plus years ago I enrolled in a student loan forgiveness program through this company - it was/is A+ certified with the BBB. I paid this company to enroll in this loan forgiveness program and I was told that it would be good for 20 years, and my monthly student loan payment each year would be based on my income/salary. I was also told that once I was enrolled, I am in and "good" for the entire 20 years even there are changes to the program. The only requirement was for me to "recertify" annually for my new payments. A year ago I received an email from ***** ******* and was told that my recertification was deferred to 4/9/23, but now I am unable to connect with this company or the ********* for guidance on what I need to do. I do not want to miss my recertification date. but I need a representative from this company (preferably ***** *******) to return my calls and emails to assist.
