      Placed an order on 11/19/23 with an expected ship date of 12/1/23. The order status is still preparing for shipment with the same expected ship date. I contacted customer service their response from 12/11/23 was that the order would be processed ASAP. I contacted customer service again on 12/18/23 and didnt receive a response.

      On August 5th I placed an order with Nine Line Apparel for T shirts, Hoodies and caps for the total amount of 146.59. After multiple emails, phone calls and voicemails I have gotten no response, the products have still not been shipped and no information as to when or if they will be shipped. I would like a refund for my amount and suggest that no one ever do business with them.

      I made an order from NineLine roughly 2 weeks ago and was told that it would ship on the 16th. I have not received any updates and I have tried to email them one time as of yet. My order number is #**********

      I placed an order online with Nine Line Apparel on June 23rd 2023 and haven't heard anything on my order since then. I have sent 3 emails within the last 2 weeks with no response. I have also asked for a refund if they do not want to ship my order out and again no response. Can you please help me? My order number is **********.

      I ordered some shirts earlier this year, they weren’t the same cut & material as some other competitors. I sent them back asking for a refund in my hand writing. Instead of providing a refund, they provided a gift card voucher. I checked my bank account to see if they refund was deposited & none ever was. I again attempted to contact the seller to resolve it & was told they were unable to do so. A company named after a medical call refusing to issue a 19 year combat medic veteran a $68.00 or so refund. Order #**********

      Made two orders online, Oct 9th and 11th. One order said it wouldn’t ship until the 22nd. The other, says 3-5 days on their site. To date, both shipments unfulfilled. However, my credit card was billed at time of order. After reading reviews with similar complaints, I started reaching out on Oct 18th. First time I was told 3-7days for shipping. Then I was told by the 22nd for both orders. Then I was told they would send a message to fulfillment to see why there is a delay. Now, my email for cancellation and full refund has been ignored. This company is shady and hides behind veteran owned to seem legit. I put a review on there Facebook page hoping for a response and it appears they took it down or created a new page.

      We have received two emails from Mr. *********  Neither email was requesting a cancellation.  One was informing us that the coupon codes he was trying to use weren't working correctly and the 2nd was a status update request.  Both were answered promptly and have not been responded to by Mr. ********* 

       

      Both orders are in production and are currently being produced.  While we are slightly behind on Mr. ********'s orders, however, we are actively working on holding up our end of this agreement. 

       

      If a cancellation is requested, please reach out to us at [email protected] and a member of our team will cancel both orders and issue a full refund to the method used for payment.

      I am rejecting this response because: Yes, I did receive a response promptly on those emails. They did not request a response from me in those emails. Which I feel didn’t need a response with the coupon if I made an order. The other I followed up with two phone calls one I was called back on, the other I never received a call back. I have attached my email requesting a refund and cancellation. I understand delays, but this is a common them with this company. Don’t act like I’m doing something wrong, it’s a good way to lose a customer. Make it right. Either fulfill the orders this week or cancel and fully refund. Simple customer service.
