      Return of a $3,424.55 deposit on 1-26-23 for a patio project. Also refund of monies in the amount of $5,470.00 spent to repair work that was incomplete, unacceptable and did not meet expectations as promised. I have attached a document with details (dates, check#, etc). I was unable to attach the file with the pictures, copy of checks and invoices because the file is to big. It consist of 42 pages and can be mailed or fax at your request.

      The cliant Was hostile and 

      very loud we completed work as agreed 

      he continued to add additional work to ******************* extra grading / additional drainage 

      we even offered him sod at no labor cost 

      and he was still angry 

      on project!  After completion. 

      we took a deposit for another 50% for an additional  job which we completed 50%

      by grading with an excavator And forming 

       

      cliant asked us to leave 

      deposite are not refundable thats why it is a deposit to get on schedule 

       

      we tried every angle to resolve his complaints Cliant was yelling and cussing 

      my team started feeling unsafe 

      he fired us and we removed  our equipment

      I continue to stand by the details as written in the document submitted to the BBB concerning this situation. I am unable to send the photos that I would like to include in this complaint because the files are too large. However, I will be more than happy to forward them via mail to your address in *******, **. These photos display the results of poor-quality work after several attempts to fix the problems. The owner would give me days that his team was supposed to be at my home to work and would never show up on the days promised or even a courtesy call as to why his team will not be there. I had to adjust my schedule, cancel prescheduled appointments.Showing up to work on the projects was never consistent. I would always have to call him to find out when he plans to come back to my home to complete the work. He would get irate because I am calling wanted answers. The owner was never around to supervise the work to make sure that things were going as planned. I did not ask for anything extra on the projects mentioned, but what was promised and never delivered as expected. As far as the owners statement,"His team felt unsafe" is a fabricated statement. I had a great working relationship with his team and every day that they were on site I spend most of the day with them observing/learning and trying to understand what was going on because things were not going as planned. That is why I kept reaching out to the owner repeatedly and explaining what was not right as we agreed, and he kept promising to make things right and never did. A few of his team members that I would have dialogue with had the same consensus as I had about the projects and mentioned how the projects were not communicated to them properly as to the work that was supposed to be completed. They were very apologetic as to how the projects turned out and recommended that I should ask for my monies back because quality work was not performed. They also told me that the owner never really wanted to do my rear patio project. As I mentioned in my previous document, as it relates to the deposit for the rear patio project. The previous work did not meet expectations and I informed him that after so many promises and unsuccessful efforts to fix things. I requested my deposit back and we both concurred that my monies would be returned that same day 2/13/23.
