On Saturday June 11th, 2022 I received 2 invoices for $7,700 for a total cost of $15,400. The invoices notes state: "replaced the furnace, install air conditoner start up and check ******* operations everything is running perfect." The job was to replace furnace and a/c in both sides of a rental duplex in ********, **. Invoice # TET8A8R Invoice # T0IKPLW The job was indeed not complete. The flue pipes for both furnaces were not attached. The flue pipe on a furnace, is the duct piping that allows for the dangerous gas in ones home to go from the inside to the outside of the property. If not installed the dangerous gas stays inside the property. When the issue was discovered. I called and left multiple voicemails as well as emailed on 10/26. We have not received a response from the vendor. We did do research and found they moved to Georgia. The property as accrued an additional $775.00 in repair cost to complete the job **** said they completed and were paid for.Business response

I informed the customer that I had moved out of town in September, and that I forgot to add on the parts, which were only $25 a piece, I'm really sorry for any inconveinces that accured from this miscommunication, I run a very legitimate business and try to compromise with all customers to ensure satisfaction, this will not and has not happened againCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because: This was not just a case of a "$25 part" by any stretch. This system was installed in an unsafe manner. As you can see we spent over $770 to correct his mistakes. Our requests to the business went unanswered. And this is not an isolated incident. There are several other jobs this company did here in ******** for ** that were not done properly. We stand by our complaint. If this business wants to "make it right" then they can send us a check for $770. We can also provide details on the other jobs they did poor work on.Mailing Address for check: **********************************************************************************************

You can show an invoice for any amount that you want, but I know it wasn't nowhere near $700 worth of work that needed to be done, the only part needed to be connected was the exhaust pipe, if you would be reasonable and not being mad because you're in your feelingsCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because: This is not a resolution. This jackass doesn't get to tell us how much it costs to fix his s**** up. So whether he "believes" we paid $700 or not frankly I don't care! I don't have time to waste on this guy. Yes we are mad. Yes he is a scam artist. No we don't withdraw our complaint. In fact, I will enter several more complaints on jobs that he screwed up and then left us high and dry on if you want.***************************
