On 05/12/2024 my 20 year old sister bought a dog thats about 25 pounds. She spent a night at my house. On Wednesday 05/16/24 she went out front to walk her dog by my building when a lady with a dog that weight about 100 pounds tried to attack my dog. The lady begin yelling at my 16 year old sister to put the dog on a leash. The lady proceeded to yell take it up with Calibre Lake as she walked off. My 20 year old sister gets to my house later that day to find 3 different notes on the door. One stated that they have received several calls about a dog beginning off the leash and being aggressive to other dogs. Now mind you my sister only had the dog 3 days and came to my house for one they with the dog so that was a lie. The other note stated there is people living in the home thats not on the lease. My sister gives the note to my mother that handles everything for me while Im away because I am in the US Army and I have to travel. Im on the phone with my mother as she walks in. No one greets her its just rudest. They proceed to tell my mother no pets at all not even if my sister comes to visit me. Ok cool no problem my mother says. She walks out the door. ******* the property manager comes outside and says. Hello your up here for apartment 111. He says does anyone else lives there. My mother says no but he has a daughter a girl friend siblings and parents that comes over. This man told my mother that no visitors are allowing. My mother puts the phone on speaker so I can talk. I said so youre telling me when Im away or even if Im there I can have no visitors ******* response no! Very aggressively. My mother says son you can have guest thats not in your lease and walks out. ******* runs behind her yelling and YOU if you come back on this premises I will have to trespassed my mother didnt even say anything, To be away serving this country and to have to deal with this is not right. Something needs to be done so this doesnt happen to anyone elses parent.
