I place two orders from this business. One for $510.90 on 9/17/21 and one for $62.75 on 9/17/21. The website states a 21-day processing time. It has been more than 2 months. I have not received any communication regarding order updates or the status of my order. The business has instituted a no refunds policy, so essentially they are taking people's money without any recourse when they fail to ship their orders. Additionally, they don't have any contact information on their website, so there's no way to contact them to get an update on an order. Furthermore, they are having a flash sale for the exact same product offering pick up by next week. How are you offering a flash sale with a 1-week turnaround when you haven't even fulfilled orders from September for the exact same product??? I want my product shipped to me now or I want a full refund.Business response

As stated the product is a pre-order item with a high demand which sometimes leads to additional wait times. Our phone number, email, and business address is listed on our website for customers to contact anytime during business hours. The same information can be found on the invoice emailed at the time of purchase. In addtion, I send out periodic emails with new promotions such as the flash sale you spoke of with previous cleanse order updates. I make sure to answer any concerns submitted by email as well. I take pride in my customer service and communication so I try and respond in a timely manner. I was never once contacted by the customer with voiced concerned. If the customer would have contacted I could have told her about the production at that time. I am able to offer faster shipping for products that I have on hand. I will be shipping out the customers product this week as that if when I will be recieving it.
