            I have been receiving harassing calls from this company out of nowhere. They accused me of owing a debt too which I have no knowledge and request they provide validation of the debt via email. They have not, however continue to call and harass me daily. As a victim of identity theft, it is imperative I am informed by any debt collector in writing true and valid ownership of any debt. I am aware of laws and statutes, therefore even with requesting them to validate the debt they have not. This is harassing behavior.

            I have had more than 5 calls a day from this company. Everytime I don't answer they have never left me me a voice-mail nor have they answered the phone when I pickup the line. They hang up constantly and call from numbers from every state. The 1st time I spoke with them I was threatened with my accounts being frozen and not being able to get a job because they will make sure I won't have a job until I pay them. I've spoken with attorneys on the matter, and this company has so many judgements against them that they don't pay them at all. Lawyers say they never pay after the court rulings and ignore having to pay for threats and harassment to people. How they get away with this I don't understand. And how can the BBB give them an A rating I have no idea.
