              We purchased expensive custom made silk drapes from this company last August of 2021. The company promised delivery with a specific fabric and style that is identified as a selection on their web-site. They committed to delivering the drapes late fall of 2021. I have been in contact with them several times since then, both on the phone and via email. They claimed they had supply issues and it was taking longer than expected to receive the fabric from overseas due to the pandemic. They asked for more information about what could be substituted in lieu of this selected fabric, which I provided and they acknowledged receipt of in January of 2022. They are no longer answering my emails or phone calls. With our business system, we are unable to receive a refund now because it is a new calendar year, too much time has passed. We need the drapes. The website for this company is still up and running. Periodically, they answer the phone, claiming to have moved their work room to a location in ***********.
