I ordered 5 packs of N95 masks each pack containing 10 masks (50 masks total). This cost *************************** December, received an email saying the order had shipped a few days later. Three weeks after that I received a tiny box with one pack of masks (10 masks total). I was obviously confused and emailed the email listed on my order confirmation email originally sent by the company. After two weeks of not hearing back I checked the website and saw a live chat option. I clicked it and there was no live chat, just a box to send an email, which I filled out. It has been two weeks and I havent heard anything from the company regarding the rest of my order. I tried to call their customer service number listed on their website, but it goes to an automated robot claiming to try and connect the caller to a representative. After 25 seconds it says the message again, and after about 10 more seconds it says to leave a voicemail. If you attempt to do this is it immediately says that the voicemail box is full and that there is an option to send a text. This all leads me to believe that this company is a scam.Business response

I purchased the below item from their website on January 13, 2022:20 Pack - NQX KN95 FACE MASKS - ******* $29.99 1 I only received the item on Jan 21, 2022 and IT WAS Not the **** I purchased for a total of $33.98. I contacted the company and this is the email I received on January 21, 2022:I'm sending you our other brand that is by far our most popular brand and resolves fit issues or any other issues 99% of the time. This brand is ******* Appendix A and the fit is amazing. My goal is to do everything to ensure you are satisfied so try these, I'm confident you will love them. No need to email back, just keep, donate, or discard those. ******* I have expressed my concern & displeasure to little avail. I received the following email on January 30, 2022:****************, As advised, these are on the way this week. Please relax as it's not healthy to get all worked up, you're in good hands.******* I requested a tracking number on February 3, 2022 for their replacement and at the time of this writing I still have no reply. Extremely frustrating. I am looking for the N95 masks I ordered and they charged me for or a refund. Thank youBusiness response

As advised, we are proactively sending out another brand at no charge as part of our satisfaction guarantee. Communication is and has always been consistent and with actions taken. Unfortunately, a rush to panic or to judgement is consuming resources that are better dedicated to serving the public in this time of tremendous need. No further action is required, our premium ******* appendix A listed KN95 were sent as a replacement as part of customer satisfaction guarantee.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
This has been consistent the lack of customer service. I ordered on January ******* the masks as so stated in their website:20 Pack - NQX KN95 FACE MASKS - ******* $29.99 1. I received after much delay on January,
21, 2022 a incorrect order from what I ordered on their website. Plain and simple. On January 21, 2022 I email *************************** and he apolized for the error and was sending out the correct KN/N95 masks that I originally ordered. Everything is documented in emails. Then on January 30, 2022 I inquired again about tge correct replacement masks. He then insulted me, which I too am a business owner with his comments of dont get work up, you are in good hands? Really. Still no order or tracking number. On February 3, 2022 I requested a tracking number still to no avail and no correspondence. I ask is this **************** and keep the Customer advised. I think not.
I requested a full refund for the initial fraudulent order that was shipped and the complete lack of ****************. ******************************* needs to step up to the plate.
