I hired the father and son company to fix my starter, brakes, and AC. Immediately following the repairs my car died and caught on fire, it was traumatizing for all of us. Thankfully my husband was able to extinguish the fire It was discovered the main battery cable had come into direct contact with the starter solenoid cover. Negligence ignited the fire. I had to leave my car overnight until I could get a tow truck the following day. Unfortunately, My windows were down when the car died and we got several inches of rain that night. -My brakes were making a grinding noise. they asked me where the sound was coming from. I told them I thought it was coming from the front drivers side, I told them to verify the location and to advise me of any necessary repairs they found. Not only did they only do the front, but they let me drive away with 2 kids, knowing the caliper was "hung" and the piston had dislodged from housing. -My ac worked, but needed to be a little colder, thanks to the fire I don't have ac at all now. After a 2 mile drive my kids both were experiencing symptoms of a heat stroke. now I have to take my car back in to be worked on AGAIN. I'm over $5300 in debt over hiring HTTRAKS mobile auto repair. this inconvenience started 27 days ago. all because I hired HTTRAKS mobile auto repair. and I still don't have my car in acceptable condition. -I attempted to find a reasonable and fair solution to this matter after ******* went to see the damages (before repairs & at the shop that fixed the damages) and he agreed to the cause of fire. I declined his offer of a refund ($1075) plus $925 extra totalling $2000 as my expenses have exceeded that greatly. I shouldn't have the burden of paying for this, and me and my family having to go without. I've given him the benefit of the doubt but he refused to respond. I have expenses I need to use my money for outside of court fees etc. this is my last and final attempt to give you a chance to make this right
