      On January 12, 2023 I was scheduled for a deep cleaning{Periodontal cleaning} at Snellville Family Denistry. I had a periodontal cleaning perfomed on my right side first then mm left side completed on January 17, 2023. I was charged $137 on 1/12/23 for out of pocket expenses not inclunding the charges made to my insurance{Delta Dental} for claim. I was then charged on January 17, 2023 in the amount of $173 for the right side scaling periondontal cleaning. I was overcharged $23{1/17/23} out of pocket cost for flouride which my dental insurance delta dental covers, in addition I was overcharged a total of $90 out of pocket expenses, for anesthia which my delt dental insurance also covers. I've currelty receved an explanation of Benefits from my dental insurance company stating that I only owe Snellville Family dentist a total of $90.60 out of pocket expenses, however if you add up the amounts I have already paid cash out of pocket, it appears Snellville Family Dentist have received out of pockets payemnts in the excess amount of $219. 40. On January 31, 2023 I was scheduled to have 2 filings serviced and completed, in whic I paid $84.90. Im not sure if this is the correct out of pocket exendure due to my percentage being 70% out of pocket cost for filings. While at Snellville Family Dentist, I removed my invisiline so that services can be perfomed on my teeth. When I left the attending dental tech placed my invilines in a clear plastic bacg which I was unable to locate or find on my person or my vehicle one arriving home. I am under the impression the invilsiline was dropped at Snellville Dental office in the process of leaving. These invisiline inserts cost me $1700 cash. I asked the atting dental assistant specifically for a case I could place my invilisne hardware insde so that they wouldnt get lost however I was never provided the proper casing to hold in my invisilines. I am seeking monetary balance of my billing and account. My dental insurqance will be notified of ********************* of integrity practices. I was also charged a $31 OSHA fee which states is a scam fee to upcharge cunsomers bills for sterlizing dental equipment which should be completed regardless. Documentation can be either emailed ad or fax for evidence and support.Respecftfully,******************** Law ************

      I was seen at this dentist during my pregnancy and in my first few procedures, I had 2 teeth removed and my teeth cleaned. Once my teeth were removed I decided that I wanted to get a partial plate with costed 500$. I set up the appointment and paid for them to install them for my next appointment but I ended up not being able to make it to the appointment due to being in labor the day before. I called the dentist and asked if I could reschedule when I healed from my cesarean and they said it was fine and just call back when Ive had the baby and my money would be held. Currently *** been trying to reach them for the past 5 months. *** made frequent calls and also went by the office and its been closed for months. I am a single mom and I really didnt have these type of funds to lose. Im not sure at all how to get my money back but hopefully someone could help assist me with this problem. I still have a paper receipt and I also paid from my card. Please contact me back with any information available so that I am able to receive a refund or my services. Thank you.

      Hello, we do apologize if there is a misunderstanding. Our office is open 6 days a week and we have someone answering phone calls, texts messages and emails from 8 am - 6 pm. We do our best to answer every voicemail we receive and to respond back to any correspondence. We have been open in the Snellville area for years. We believe it is possible that the patient possibly has the wrong office as there are several other dental practices near us. We also went ahead and checked our software and were not able to locate any patient by that name in our system. If the patient still believe us to be the office they visited please ask them to provide a receipt and you will most likely see that it was not our office who performed these procedures. If the receipt is one of the attachments submitted with the complaint we are unable to view them.
