I purchased a 2009 infiniti fx50s from this dealership 8/28/23 arrived there at 3:52pm and didn't leave there until after 5:00pm. I noticed a leak the vehicle had 2 weeks prior when i went to first check it out and noticed some issues i was told they will take care of what ever she can do. It had an exhaust leak which i told her (******) I'll fix but also the tire light was on she told me she will fix. The car didn't have emissions so i had to come back another day to complete the purchase. The car was posted for $10,000 i didn't like the paint on it so she said she would give me a discount which came down to $9500. But i had to take time to think about it because i was told it's too much for the miles and year so i backed out. For a couple days later she text me the car was ready but i was at work and couldn't go the following week which was on Tuesday 9/28/23 she text me saying she drop the price to $9000 but only for that day i told her i only had $8900 now so she accepted the price. I went and we finalized the deal when i was leaving while they were putting the temp tag on i noticed the leak which was mentioned. I also noticed no coolant as well so i had to give to the store to get some. On my way home i noticed the Air Bag light flashing but i didn't think much of it. When i got home i also noticed power steering fluid was very low and we added. A family mechanic told me the service needed oil change coolant needed to be replaced, power steering was low again (so it has a leak) and told me the AIRBAG light will not reset so means it has a defective airbag which means if i get in an accident the airbag will not deploy or that it can even deploy when not in an accident and considering it a safety issue. I contacted ****** about this because she told me to let her know and she will talk to her boss today i sent her a message concerning it but the response i get is more of IT'S SOLD AS IS sorry for the inconvenience. I looked up online the repair $1800Business response

My apologies for the inconvenience for this situation. It does state on the mandated buyers guide that the vehicle is being sold as is. However, to offer above and beyond our best business practices was to allow any person who is interested in buying a vehicle from us is to allow them to inspect and test drive the vehicle before they purchase and drive away. When I became aware of this, I was informed that you were allowed to inspect, test drive and inspect further prior to your purchase. Of all these things were found prior to your purchase and driving away. Our vehicles are under $10,000 and are deeply discounted from market values. The market value for this vehicle was $13,500.
