On June 21st, 2023 June's Professional Gutter Cleaners came to my home to clean my gutters. They were literally walking on my roof (2 men) and not on a ladder as most gutter cleaners do. My roof soon developed a leak which I did not have prior. My house is 6.5yrs old. I have never had a roof leak. I contacted the company on July 3rd, 2023 to have them take a look at the roof because I strongly believe my shingles were disturbed while they were up there. The owner refused to even look at the roof but instead stated that they have before and after pictures of my roof and that they will be submitted to their attorney. I the interim, I was also verbally threatened. I was told that because I stated that I would file a claim with their insurance company, "I would pay." I actually have the entire conversation is text. I requested that the company owner no longer contact me as a fared for my family and I safety and would file a police report. I would like to have my roof fixed, and that's it. The total cost of the gutter cleaning was $140.Business response

I wish BBB would not let these fake information about my company get posted.. We service a lot of home and not one home will never leak after a gutter cleaning We license for roof repairs, thats why we always take before and after pictures of all homes we service You said you was calling my insurance company, why would we come out after you claimed we damaged your roof ? I am rejecting this response because the business owner is an alleged habitual liar. He claimed my review is fake. Please see all of my attached proof that it isn't. Instead of addressing the issue, he chose to threaten me and made disparaging remakes about me on my business page in hope of intimidating me ( which I have attached). I have never met him or his mom so I am not sure why he labeled me a racist except for being revengeful. My only communication with him has been via text. If he has proof outside of that, he should provide it. I'm not sure how you identify someone race or ethnic background via text if it is not disclosed. This shows that he has no limit and throws God into his hateful behavior looking to be credible. I had to remove my business page because of this. I refuse to back down because this grown man is unprofessional and rude. He is not registered with ** SOS yet he claims to be an LLC. LIE! His business is address in *********** but he it is not even registered with the county as a DBA. ** banking and insurance has no record of June's Professional Gutter Cleaners having insurance. He is just upset that he is being exposed for being an alleged fraud. His 2 workers were the ones that cleaned my gutters, not him or his mom. They were very kind and professional. The issue of allegedly stepping on and damaging my roof boot could have been an accident while his workers were up there. My house is 6yrs. old. No one has been on my roof since it was built, there was no need to. There were no leaks prior and only occurred days after my gutter was cleaned. Asking a company for their liability insurance information isn't a crime unless you don't have insurance. I do not see this getting settled. I will be writing a honest review and providing proof since this very dishonest business owner refusing to take accountability. I don't have a need to lie. I document everything. Hopefully he did as well since he is labeling me a racist doing a fake reviews.

At this point you are harassing me and my company. You send letters in the mail with fake information about me harassing or threatening you. Can you please go away and stop leaving fake information. Like I told you before, we didnt cause your roof to leak , and you out of **** customers saying your rook leaking after a simple gutter cleaning. BBB please review this lady reviews its all fake information she saying .. we are 5 star and you will not try to Change it by your fake claimsCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because you will no longer be allowed to lie and say my review is fake when there is documentation to support my statement. You are a wicked human being. You throw intimidation, threats, lawyer, God and racist comments out there so cavalier because you can't stand on principle. I thank you for exposing who you really are. I will be posting reviews and links with documentation for the public to see how vile you are. You will not violate my first amendment or shut me up. You will not intimidate me. If you have proof that I am lying and that this is fake, provide it. I provided proof. BTW, reviews are not harassment. You know what harassment is, texting someone their home address during a dispute as if to say I know where you live, calling me a racist when we have never met each other and claiming that I mistreated your mother when I don't even know the lady. Yes, I sent you a letter. AND? It was given to me by the Gwinnett County Judge. I am documenting everything because you are clearly incapable to telling the truth. I'm still waiting on the pictures you claimed your very professional workers took while of my roof. Was that a lie too?

I am rejecting this response because: the respondent is not telling the truth. My review isn't fake. I have provided substantiating evidence of that, he has not. Thanks for confirming that you received the letter that was sent to you as per the instructions of Gwinnett County Superior Judge. If you have an issue with the letter, you can take it up with the courts. I have nothing left to add about this racially and unprofessional business owner. I will be moving forward with my many truthfully documentational reviews of my very unpleasant customer service with ********************** and *******************************. Thank you.
