              Originally I had a subscription with this company, but after having my orders shipped to the wrong address, I canceled it. Prior to the cancellation, I requested my two bottles that were not shipped be sent out. They asked for the tracking numbers and agreed. After a few weeks, I sent an additional request. I have followed up on numerous occasions for my products. I have sent so many emails and they all have been ignored. I messaged the company through the regular email as well as the customer service email address. After checking the BBB grade and reviews, I have found out I am not the only one experiencing these issues. This company is scamming people and then blocking them and ignoring them. The product has been paid for, Id like the two bottles of the product. Any help would be very appreciated. I have screenshots of every email conversation, the agreement to ****** the product, tracking information, and my order info.

              I ordered 2 bottles over 3 months ago. I have not received a bottle still to this day. They told me they would get back to me in regards to status of my shipment. One bottle was supposedly mailed but not in my mailbox or ledr at my door. The t Other bottle has had the same shipment status for 60 days. I've emailed multiple times and now they are just ignoring me. These bottles are very expensive and all I want is a refund. I've given them multiple opportunities to make it right. Still no bottles are a refund.
