******* CODE Violations*** The remodeling company that I contracted with for a kitchen remodel hired Rhino Residential owned by *****************. *** brought in a subcontractor (Deivin aka ***********************) to do the majority of the work including demolition, flooring, painting, and most importantly installing 6 new can lights in the kitchen and counter/bar area. One of *************** replaced the Chandelier dimmer switch during the remodel. The dimmer switched stopped working on 4/28/2022 so I hired a certified licensed electric company (***********************) to troubleshoot the problem. They found multiple *** code violations that were all associated with the 6 can lights. Here are the Findings as documented by the *********************** Technician: Findings upon investigation: Multiple flying splices were found behind the switch box in the kitchen entryway, 6 cans were missing proper connectors, 3 of which had the ground wire removed. Excess sheathing in multiple switch locations. Switch leg for bar cans was pinched between the sheetrock and top plate. Microwave was not on a dedicated 20 amp circuit, it shares a circuit with the lighting. 2 three ways were wired incorrectly. I live in a townhome community. My building has 7 units. These multiple *** CODE violations left me, my home and the adjoining neighbors in my townhome building at high risk for a devastating fire and possible loss of life.

***************** was paid to tile my fireplace. I had to have it completely redone with new tile by a professional tile installer. Here's why: *** did not put cement board up before installing the tile. Adhesive was spread very sparingly on the back of the tiles. Most of the tile back was bare. All the tiles were laid unevenly. The floor tile was unlevel.
