I wish I could give 0 stars. My experience with the OFFICE was nothing but miserable. The staff was rude , the nurse who took blood from me acted like she didnt know or have manners.Now billing is another issue. Originally, I came in for a PAP-SMEAR. Unfortunately, I was questioned if I had any problems, of-course I explained. Bad idea ( at least from a 21 year old mind). They then charged me for blood lab work, I didnt even want.I asked the lesion billing for the clinic a few months later if there would be any charges and they said no. Now , I get a bill saying that I owe money. I ended up paying it after I was told it was for blood work.NOW, they changed everything and decided to charge an office visit, NOT A PAP-SMEAR (which I originally made the appointment for.)I have already paid for my bill and now that my insurance company put a complaint now they want to charge an office visit, for what? Im confused why they decided to do this all of a sudden. Its almost like they didnt like that I called my insurance before PAYIMG A BILL THAT SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN IN THE FIRST PLACE.
