      I purchased the product to get the blanket off the bottom of my cesspool at a seasonal house. When we went back to the house in the spring, we had the same issues with the Cesspool. I was told by ****** that they would replace the product and try a second dose which would void the warranty.. I had to call him numerous times to get him to return a phone call. I believe the game plan was to run out the Warranty without sending product.. as the warranty ran out, I spoke to a person who told me he was the owner. His name was **** and he told me they were going to do nothing because the warranty had run out. I have a phone log showing the amount of phone calls I made that were never returned. . all I am looking for is for them to replace the product and let me try again. I realize theyre not gonna give me back my money. I have attached the letter trying to stop my credit card due to their unprofessional handling of this situation.. Unfortunately, the credit card company says they dont get involved with warrantees. This should not be rated as a reputable company with Better Business Bureau.

      I purchased the f1 program for 399 plus ***** shipping on October 3 2022 from *******************, the president, with the belief from him if it did not work the would be fully refundable within one year.I recieved 3 phone calls from a salesman I think ****** ,and was told I needed more products each time which I refused to purchase because *** promised it would work, and never mentioned additional products would be required. I sent *** pics of the repaired bed requesting a refund as he promised, and requested he please call me on June 16 2023.No response. I reached out again June 22 with no response to date July 21 I contacted the office after I got the phone number from ****** on July 14 again indicating I would need additional products, but at a much reduced price of ****** I told him I had sent *** a request for a refund .I contacted the office on Monday July 17 and talked to ******* 3 times ,where she acknowledged recieved my email and said she would get the manager to call .No response to date and I now cannot even get through on the phone to talk to anyone but did leave voicemail.

      We called Amerisep and explained that a local ************** advised us that our Septic system is failing. Amerisep gave us their sales pitch, advised us we probably do not need a new septic field. They advised ** what to order. My wife is quadriplegic and we built a house to help others with special needs so the septic system working is important.On 7/13/2021 we ordered the **** Large F1 Super Intensive Treatment + One Year Follow Up . Paid $397.After receiving the product ... we followed the process Amerisep instructed... we waited months for a positive result in our septic drain field. It did not occur. Nothing happened at all.We requested a refund 11/1/2021 and Amerisep responded "once the repair work is done, just mail a copy of the receipt for the repair work". We ordered the new system, gave the vendor a 50% deposit and sent copied to AmeriSep. The septic company filed for a new permit and had to wait for Winter to pass. They installed the new system and sent copies to AmeriSep via email on 4/21/2022 and we got a reply "Delivery to the recipient failed permanently". We mailed a copy as well. No response - no refund - assumed they were out of business ... until we received mail from them asking us to re-order. We believe we were scammed.

      All proper documentation was already submitted.

      Vendor called left msg on 5/22.  I returned call on 5/23 and spoke to ************************   ************** agreed a refund is approved and advised a $379 refund would be received in approximately two weeks.

      No Refund has been received as of 6/5/2023.

      Ordered product from supplier. Used as directed. Product did not seem to work. Spoke with a gentleman named ****** from the company. He told me I needed to use a more aggressive system with them. He also told me it was guaranteed to work or my money back. Bought the product and unfortunately it did not work. Talked to ****** again after using 2nd treatment he started saying that the only way to get money back was if I had major septic repair. Decided to give another company a shot and the product has worked great. Got one last phone call from ****** and explained to him the other product I am using and he basically hung up on me.
