DOS: 6/7/2024 I have called and left numerous voicemail messages over the last 2 weeks with no response. Their website states that all calls will be returned M - F between 9a and 3pm. I have sent several emails and received no response. Their website states that email is the fastest way to reach them and get a response. This is not true. I paid the deposit and then couldn't get anyone to call or respond to my emails. I paid the fee when I picked up my pet but received NO PROOF of neutering or vaccinations except a "rabies tag".Initial Complaint

I made a reservation for a spay and a neuter appointment. I paid the deposits for both. I arrived at the location with two cats and other pet owners. The mobile unit was a no show. After calling emailing and texting, I finally got a text response apologizing and offering a refund. I have not heard from them since and cannot get a response from anyone at the organization. They admitted to having scheduling issues, have since made changes to their site and cancelled many locations. I need help getting a human to respond. They have become a hinderance to spay and neuter efforts in GA. I did not make a donation, i paid for a service and I need that money back to so that I can get the services I need from a reputable organization. They used to be reputable, but no longer.
