            Transaction was ******** Bought * Bridgestone alenza ********* warranty ****** miles mileage ***** ********* called and talked to ****** my tires was worn mileage was ***** he would call me back *** ** ** *** ***h also called Bridgestone had a reference # 1****** Nov/ o* ** De* ** * ** ****** calls n says I have to bring vehicle in so it can be measured and photos taken Dec ***** brought it in Jan ***** called ******* m****** ******* a woman didn't get her name but said stay by phone will have someone call me ******* they would get back to me on ******* talked with taylor p manager said he would find out ******* bre calls said because time lapsed would have to come back in and get it remeasured and photos and back in jan would have paid *** but now it's more I called Bridgestone back and they said bre called in Jan said my tires was a* * ** th joy told me that 78% pay on tires if * ** so actually they would pay more because my tires was that bad at ** thousand miles but because it's been so long J**** ***** would have to refile bre told joy that they tried calling me. (which is a lie) now they want me to drive ** miles sit another * hours to go back through this mess again. Because of there incompetence

            WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! I was a first time buyer when I purchased my car from Jimmy Britt Jan '23. They completely lied and took advantage of me being a first time female buyer and sold me a Lemon. I've had my car now for a year and 3 months and have had to take it back 7 times for service. 3 weeks after purchasing the car water was leaking inside the car. A month after that it started to overheat. I took the car in and they were supposed to fix that issue plus do a full diagnostic because this was now the 2nd time going for service 2 months after purchasing the car. However, the job was not done correctly and I had to take my car back yet another time for this overheating issue. At the time I spoke with the supervisor I assume and informed him that I did not want this car because I am making payments on a car that is constantly breaking down. They agreed on a FAIR TRADE that never happened!! They would lie and say that no cars were currently available for fair trade. They tried to put me in car but wanted me to put down almost $2,000. Currently, I am struggling yet again with them because my car is once again overheating. If they had done the job correctly the first TWO times I would not be in this predicament. However, they are fraudes, liars, and take advantage of people. They have had to change management multiple times in the year that I've had to take my car back 7 TIMES because they do not do the work correctly. To add, they messed my driver side window after taking it back for the overheating issue for the second time and took 3 weeks to fix the issue because they had to order a part. If I would have done more research I would not have gone to Jimmy Britt. As a first time female buyer, this has been the worst shopping experience ever. This is the worst dealership to do business with. Please save your time and money!!! Do not, I can not stress this enough, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JIMMY BRITT!!! Take your business to another dealership!!
