WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! I was a first time buyer when I purchased my car from Jimmy Britt Jan '23. They completely lied and took advantage of me being a first time female buyer and sold me a Lemon. I've had my car now for a year and 3 months and have had to take it back 7 times for service. 3 weeks after purchasing the car water was leaking inside the car. A month after that it started to overheat. I took the car in and they were supposed to fix that issue plus do a full diagnostic because this was now the 2nd time going for service 2 months after purchasing the car. However, the job was not done correctly and I had to take my car back yet another time for this overheating issue. At the time I spoke with the supervisor I assume and informed him that I did not want this car because I am making payments on a car that is constantly breaking down. They agreed on a FAIR TRADE that never happened!! They would lie and say that no cars were currently available for fair trade. They tried to put me in car but wanted me to put down almost $2,000. Currently, I am struggling yet again with them because my car is once again overheating. If they had done the job correctly the first TWO times I would not be in this predicament. However, they are fraudes, liars, and take advantage of people. They have had to change management multiple times in the year that I've had to take my car back 7 TIMES because they do not do the work correctly. To add, they messed my driver side window after taking it back for the overheating issue for the second time and took 3 weeks to fix the issue because they had to order a part. If I would have done more research I would not have gone to Jimmy Britt. As a first time female buyer, this has been the worst shopping experience ever. This is the worst dealership to do business with. Please save your time and money!!! Do not, I can not stress this enough, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JIMMY BRITT!!! Should have read the reviews first. Do not buy from Jimmy Britt dealerships. Spent substantial amount of money on 2023 Jeep Wrangler Sport S. Did not realize at the time that the headlight bulbs are halogen and not LED. When driving at night, the headlights are yellow/orange and it's very difficult to see anything. The bulbs can be changed out to LED but I had already purchased and they would not change them out for me. I have purchased over five vehicles(used & new) from ****************************** and never was turned down for anything I asked. I will not take vehicle back to Jimmy Britt CJD for service because I don't trust them. Feel like just a number and not a customer. Even if you love the car, don't purchase from Jimmy Britt dealerships. Find another Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership. If I could give no stars I would.Review from Paula K

I do not recommend the Jimmy Britt company no matter the location. (1) Several years ago, we set up an appointment at the ******, ** location to test drive a newer Chrysler Pacifica van. Keep in mind, round trip there and back was about 80 minutes. We got there and not only did the salesman know absolutely nothing about the vehicle, but when we went to crank it.. the battery was dead. They didnt try to offer a different vehicle or a solution, but instead told us we had to come back another day and sent us on our way. We never went back there. (2) Several weeks ago, there was a 2021 ****** Highlander with ****** miles on it at the Statesboro, Ga location. I wanted estimates of monthly payments. The salesman brings back estimated payments on a 36 month loan when I asked for ***** month estimated payments. The salesman refused and stated that it was all they could offer on an almost brand new car. I had money for a down payment in hand. They lost a potential sale that day. (3) My husband and I found a nice ****** Tundra on Jimmy Britts website. We figured wed give them one last try. I called and set up an appointment several days ahead of time for last Friday at 4pm at the Statesboro, Ga location. Halfway there, we get a call from Jimmy Britt telling us how sorry they were but that they had accidentally sent the truck we were on the way to look at to the ********** location so that someone from ******* could purchase it. My husband had taken Thursday and Friday off work early so we could get the money together and be there on time for the purchase. We were on our way to test drive the truck. If everything checked out, we had money in hand to purchase it. We were told wed get a call back the next day so they could give us the status of the truck. I had to reach out to them because they never called and they in fact did sell the truck, right out from under us. If I could give Jimmy Britt a ZERO, thats the rating Id give. They dont even deserve ONE star.Review from Brian F.

I cannot honestly recommend Jimmy Britt cdrj to anyone. To start, When I initially bought the vehicle they failed to disclose that the vehicle had been damaged on the lot and repaired until after I had purchased the vehicle. All that had came to light after I noticed some damage to the air dam that had not been replaced. We did come to a resolution for that by them fixing the air dam and installing a brush guard and bed liner. Then i had to bring the truck back in for a squeak in the right rear tire that wouldn't go away. When I showed up for my appointment i waited several hours to only be told they had not got my vehicle in the back yet due to miscommunication and they was working on it now, 30 mins later the service rep and whom i assumed was the service manager came back in to tell me they didn't have the ****** parts for the air dam and would have to order the axle and when they arrive they would schedule me an appointment and also give me a vehicle to drive until it was fixed. unsure what time had passed since that visit, I received a phone call from a service rep saying that my brush guard was in and the air dam , but she didn't no nothing about the axle and insisted on arguing with me on the issue. Once all the part came in for the air dam and axle we rescheduled and i dropped the truck off to have the work done, it stayed there for a day and I called the next morning to check the status of the vehicle and was told and I quote " we was under the impression you traded it in." they took my phone number and sad they would get right on it and call me back. 30 mins to a hour went by and they call saying the vehicle was finished and ready for pick up, with no explanation on why or how they thought I traded it in. I went took pick it up and still was not ready and had to wait another hour and they also asked me if **** dollars sounded right, when they should have known it was warranty and work they owed me. And all the time would laugh and make jokes about it.
