In early August Bowerman said that he would be starting project on Tuesday...he never showed up. Fri Aug 17, 2022 text sent to Bowerman regarding pool connection for pool waste water broken most likely from tractor pulling up pvc pipe. He said he didn't do it. Bowerman said having problem getting wood bark delivered. Rainy days started and that was the next excuse for 2 months of not starting the project. I sent them email made ultimatum that project needed to be started by 31 Sept. 9/22 a txt to me said he would be here in 2 weeks. 10/3 he txt he would be here within the week to start project. On Bowerman said he would be at my home to start project 10/10...never showed. 10/18 I asked for my deposit of $2000 to be refund. Then said he would be at my house by 5PM to discuss finishing project or refund. He never showed up. 10/20 I sent a text and simply said, please refund my $2000.
