We purchased an appliance package from them. After it taking months after the delivery date to them to get them to us.. we finally get our fridge out and put in and we notice immediately that there was something wrong with it. It was making a terrible noise, not cooling properly and not making ice. We contacted them the very same week it was delivered. This was back at the end of October. Since then we have been trying to have this fixed or return it and they have been Zero help! They refuse to take responsibility and now we are left with a faulty fridge that has caused us to have to throw away hundreds of dollars in food due to it constantly thawing out and refreezing! We have yet to even take our new range out of the box bc I will not be stuck in this situation again!Initial Complaint

3-12-22 Paid $1800.00.Company sold me a PEX unit and has not returned the funds or picked up unit as promised . I was told by **** that they would pick up on Monday or Tuesday and have not heard anything and have yet to refund me back the $1800.00 I want the charges back on the Brandsource Card of $1550.00 & the ***** Lease of ****** Plus the $53.00 I paid day of refunded back as well and for them to pick up . According to ***** which I called today they can not cancel the lease until Whirlpool refunds them, which does not ring true at all, I have also called Brandsource and files a complaint. I feel like they knew that it was a PEX unit and is now why I am having so much trouble getting resolved.
