Nightmare! I would never refer anyone to buy any product from this company. I purchased all new Bertazzoni appliances, microwave drawer, and new Whirpool washer and dryer. They ensured me that it was better to buy through them than a local franchise company like ********** or ****** because they can speak directly to the companies if any issues should arise. False! My appliances were delayed. My stove arrived damaged. So, my husband picked up all of the other appliances. When opening the washer it arrive damaged with chunks knocked out of the paint. The microwave drawer box was opened when he got it. So, when he pulled it out, the entire drawer was damaged. When my husband called they said no you can't keep it, as the warranty is voided and if anything happens they will not cover it. They said we will order a new one. This was 12/23 .....*************** is now 4/23 and we have not heard a word from them and I still have a brand new damaged microwave drawer with a voided warranty. In addition, the dryer does not dry well. WE had to contact customer service to get a technician to look at it. I asked what to tell them about the missing paint and damage. She said just don't mention it to them. Moreover, I specifically said I did not want a convection stove..... she continued to show me items that were convection In fact, I didn't pay attention to the receipt that said it was a convection stove because it was the dimensions and look that I wanted. So, I paid for a stove that I repeatedly told her I didn't want. It works and it is fine but the customer service rep didn't listen to my needs and wants through the entire process. Moreover, once you stroke the check for them communication is terrible. Based on the review and my experience, the communication, products, and customer service are terrible. I need a no star review. One star is gracious.

A nightmare. At first this place seemed to be my answer to a great deal on some high end appliances. Worth the three hour drive even. I bought and out of box dishwasher and wanted the stove to match. Was quoted a two week order time. No problem. Two weeks go by I hear nothing. No big deal I call after 3 weeks, given a new date for two more weeks. Once again j here nothing, this goes on and on with excuse after excuse and still not a single phone call made to me. Im having to chase them down to get a response. Finally after nine weeks it arrives. Still no phone call, when I called to check it had already been there for 4 days. When I arrived to pick it up I state me name and am greeted with yea weve heard about you go around back. I wait for 20 minutes no one comes to the door, call and am told they are short staffed. I was the only customer and there were five employees. Then finally the door opens. Im told we have a problem but they wont tell me they problem and when I ask where one of my appliances I was told to chill. The three men did not want to load my stove and dishwasher into the mini van because it required them to lift instead of roll it on to a dock. After realizing I was not leaving without my appliances the manager begrudgingly had his men to load appliances. He also told me that nine weeks even though I was quoted two wasnt bad because he had people waiting over a year. So stay clear of this place. They dont want to load, you will wait for an undetermined amount of time for your appliance, they will not communicate unless you reach out and will then treat you rudely for doing so. Honestly the worst customer service of my life.

As a former employee, i was told to rate the business 5 stars if the location was ever under 4 stars as the ****** reviews algorithm props up businesses over 4 stars, was fired while in the hospital fighting for my life, given the run around for almost a month as to whether or not i still had my job only to be told they replaced me after i called the owner twice. Current employees and their significant others are rating the stores at 5 stars to influence opinions in a shady way instead of being truthful in their reviews.

They lie about what they sell you, and give you something completely different. They ghost you once they have your money.They did damage to my car, and won't entertain me, so I now have to seek legal action.Customer service here is non existent.

Atrocious!!! Do not waste your time or money here!!! We made the mistake of ordering a set of kitchen appliances here. After waiting over 2 months we had to reorder because they claimed our appliances didn't make it on the truck(whatever that means) We reordered but had to order Crosley(crap appliances they charged and claimed were high rated) we waited and waited so we requested a refund since they could not give us a delivery date nor knew when they would receive the merchandise. They REFUSED unless we gave them a 10% restocking fee!!! We said for what you don't even have the stock!!! They held us and our money hostage.....finally weeks later we recieved 3 of the 4 items. We asked for a refund on the refrigerator they could NOT deliver but they wanted a 10% restocking fee. We threatened to file at small claims court finally they refunded the cost of the refrigerator in July we started the process in MARCH!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEATS!!!
