I am being charged for a missed appointment that was not an ********* visit. It was a TeleMed appointment. I have terrible reception where I live. I have miss calls all the time. I cant afford to pay the fee for the so called missed appointment so I havent received treatment that I desperately need. I have no income and I have ********* They have lost profits because of this fee. The receptionist has a bad attitude and lacks empathy for people with disabilities.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE! This was one of the most horrible experiences I have had. I was recommended this place by a coworker, and I truly wish like heck I never was. I was assigned a "therapist" for my Short-Term Disability. This "therapist" had absolutely no clue what she was doing. She was timid, barely gave any insight into how I could better myself, was stuck most of the time, I could tell she was disinvested. I explained over and over my situation and she wasn't even taking proper notes! My job had to ask me AT LEAST 6-8 TIMES to resend documentation as it never complete. I am already going through a life crisis and to add I have an incompetent therapist. I would call up to the office and their fax machines NEVER worked -- they always pretended they faxed something and then when I would call my Short ********************** they would say they had not received anything. When you would call back, you may or may not get a RUDE receptionist. At one point, the receptionist is talking over me (excuse me?) while I'm explaining my situation, and had the AUDACITY to hang up on me. She got progressively rude before hanging up. I then went up to the office to speak with the "manager" who was the **** When she came out to the lobby the first thing she says is "So you're the one threatening my employees!" WHAT? Sir, what in the heck are you talking about? I calmly explained what was going on -- and rather than empathizing with me that I had been repeatedly hung up on (and THEN they refused to answer my call), and after explaining the incompetence of my therapist (who was now a part-time therapist) AND routinely missed my appts whch had to be scheduled, this manager (who claimed she was the **** doesn't even ATTEMPT to validate my experience, but goes on to tell me that "We don't get paid to fill out paperwork." What in the heck does that have to do with my experience of being hung up on? What in the heck does that have to do with you WILLINGLY taking the clients of my
