Today, my husband and I purchased the Amazon mystery box. We solely understand it was a mystery box and was told by an female employee that ALOT of customers as well the female employee husband purchase ALOT of these mystery boxes at their location. So, upon the upsell based solely off the employee response. My husband and I purchase the mystery box along with alot of other items. We quickly checked out at the nearby register and immediately placed all our purchase items in our vehicle along with the mystery box then my husband and I sat in the parking lot to open the mystery box just to find that the items located inside the box wasn't for use for us. It has alot of birthday party items for a 68 & 42 year old. Unfortunately, my husband and I aren't neither one of these ages nor do we wish to use these birthday party items. We quickly went back into the business location and asked for a refund or exchanged in the same dollar amount but the representative stated we couldn't exchanged it or received a refund due to it being a mystery box but at the bottom of the receipt it states all returns items are within 30 days. We are clearly in the time frame of this policy given the fact we literally just purchased the merchandise with 15-30mins. Our concerns as a faithful customer is why is there a policy in place for 30 day returns and we were told that we couldn't return the item. There was absolutely no signs nor photos stating this information because after being told this. I immediately walked back over where the mystery boxes were located and took several photos and video showing this was not the case. My husband and I are very disappointed in this matter and expect at least a refund or exchanged due to this company policy and procedures of return policy.

I ordered a hand held vac that worked great until the battery needed recharging. I was unable to get it to recharge. Found out the battery was no good any longer. When I contacted them to let them know they said there was nothing they could do because it was past the 30 day warranty period! Beware when ordering from them. Make sure everything works fully before the 30 days are up, although how you can know a battery is no good before it needs to be recharged is beyond me.
