      Bought two Epoch batteries of April 2023 at $568 each.April 2024 one of the batteries went bad/malfunction/sensor. Battery is unusable.April 1, 2024 contacted tech support from Epoch by phone and he said it was a Mofset sensor issue. Instructed me to call tech support again since he was working remote.Later, April 1, 2024 made a post on Epoch support page *********** ********************* responded to my post and said it was a sensor issue and to make a call back appointment.Scheduled the appointment for April 2, 2024. *** called and said to take the battery apart and look for loose cables, if didnt see any then email him and it will be taken care of.Checked battery but was unsuccessful in locating loose connections. Emailed *** back with findings and received no response. Called Epoch tech support and ***** answered but said he was getting in a plane and will call me back. I never received a call. Called sales support and talked to ******* and explained everything. Instructed me to send him an email of everything. I did as instructed and got an automated response. Their website clearly states 11 year warranty and it has only been a year. With the lack of communication and avoidance I am requesting a full refund and I will return both batteries to them.

      Ordered two batteries two weeks apart. First order was ***** and second *****. These were to be for a system where two identical batteries were needed. First order was shipped in 2 days. Second order has not been shipped now in nearly 3 months. Company has moved delivery date 5 times. I have called at least 7 times, and am told the next shipment is due any day and my order will ship then. I cannot complete by system build with these never ending delays. Given the number of times false information has been given to me by phone and lack of any written conformation on ETA, I do not believe this company has the ability to sell these anymore or my order is indefinitely going to be prioritized to meet OEM orders from larger accounts. I would like signed confirmation by the owner of the this company that second battery will be shipped by Mid March 2024, or both orders be refunded so that I can complete my build with another brand that can supply two matching batteries.

      Battery not accepting full charge. Initial delivery of the in October. Used for a total of 2 battery cycles, as shown by the battery phone app, and now the batter is only accepting an 82% charges. Reached out to the company via phone on 1/22/24 and was asked to email ***** directly. I emailed. ***** responded on 1/23/24 asking to confirm all connections were tight and send photos. On 1/23/24 and 1/25/24, emails were sent with photos and confirmation of tight connections. Over the next week I have made numerous calls and either do not get an answer or get transfered to a never-ending phone ring that eventually disconnects.Today I spoke with ******* who has said he is going to reach out to ***** to determine what needs to be done. I explained to ******* that I would have stopped by their shop on my road trip from 1/23/24-1/30/24 as it would have only been four hours out of the way however since no one was answering phone or responding to my email, I was not going to take the 8 hour drive diversion, not even knowing if their was someone at the posted address to look at the battery.******* was able to pull up my emails, including photos along with my purchase information via order ***** so I do not feel the need to re-upload this documentation here as per the note below, it will only be shared with the business to help resolve my issue.

      I ordered some batteries on 10/2/23 . I tracked them and the **** was awaiting package .it is now 10/13/23 and the info is the same with the tracking. I have called and e mailed this company. They always say they will call back but not a word from them, no help at all. I am in disbelief at how bad this company has been to a customer. Thanks for your time.

      The 18650 batterystore will not return my calls or my emails. I placed a order with them and they took my money but they havent shipped anything, I paid for 2-4 days and its been almost two weeks and nothing.

      Batteries ordered and paid for do ** match the advertised technical specifications for physical dimensions, and are therefore useless. Over 10 attempts to communicate with the company have produced no response, and no path to exchange the defective product for one with the advertised dimensions. Recorded promises to return calls are never followed up and there is essentially no way to contact this company. I cannot recommend doing business with this company.

      They specifically advertised this battery as a replacement for my pool vacuum. Was wrong size, wrong connections and wrong voltage. I had to pay return postage and they refused to credit my original shipping and handling charges. They did not respond to phone call asking for full refund.

      Ordered a battery charger it's not functional. I've attempted to contact numerous times, email, chat, phone, no response I'm now past my 14 days so I'm sure they'll not allow me to exchange it but I'd never know since they won't contact me.

      I ordered a Nitecore 4 18650 battery charger from 18650batterystore.com and paid like $10 for 2-3 day shipping and was supposed to receive my item and Dec 3rd. Today is Dec 4th and the label has printed by the company, but ***** has not even received the package. There is absolutely no way to call this company and they do not respond to any of my emails to customer service. I'm not sure if it's even a real company at this point.
