Before Rocket Pest control bought out *********** service it was a great company. After Rocket bought it I began having issues with their service as well as their payments. I got lawn and mosquito service through this company. I still have weeds in my yard and was getting eaten up by mosquitos on my porch,I informed them several times and they didn't fix the issue. Still they kept sending me bills for services rendered saying I need to pay for them coming out to do the service even though I had my credit card on file on automatic draft. I called 2 different times having to give them the same credit card over so they will debit my card. Then i finally I got tired of the issues I've been dealing with their company and cancelled my service on 6/9/24 After speaking with a ***resentative on 6/6/24 and discussing why they didn't take my payment and him telling me they didn't have my card info.once again I gave it to him so he can run my payment. Now here we are 2 months later on 8/20/24 I get a bill for iJune payment they didn't take. I spoke with the supervisor today ******, who by the way is not professional and understanding of the issues I've incured with her company. She kept telling me " I understand what your saying but services were rendered, so I can take your payment now". They only care about getting paid not about customer service. 2 many excuses as to why their system didn't keep my card info saying a system malfunction the 2nd time she did say the *** didn't do his job but still, we're here 2 months later with me having 2 call them to see about a payment from 2 months ago they didn't take due to their companies ***eated issues. If you choose to go with this company for services please keep in mind you will not get the best customer service and I'm pretty sure they are watering down their products because I can tell you me and my sister got badly attacked all over from mosquito just by sitting on my front porch only 2 days after they sprayed my yard.
