      ER!!! I dropped my baby off for a full groom. After I left I was called to say she would need to be shaved down. I told them I didnt want a shave if possible and can we do a detangle shampoo to help save as much hair as possible? The lady said yes that would help but no promises or they can do a mini groom and not touch the body. I told her I would call right back to discuss with my husband if he wants to just come get her so we could detangle her or go ahead with the shave or mini groom. I called back 5 mins later and advised her to go ahead and try the detangle shampoo and if she still needed to be shaved that would be fine. She advised they would try to save as much hair as possible and try the shampoo. I thanked her and we hung up. 10mins later she calls me to say the ***** replaced my appointment and my baby would need to be picked up! I was told when I said I didnt want her shaved and would call right back the appointment was replaced. HOW??? Why??? Are they that money hungry? Inpatient? Inconsiderate? Unprofessional? Why wasnt I told that before being allowed to go over other options and give them a call back? So my baby had to sit up there untouched! Disappointed is an understatement. I will NEVER use this heartless unprofessional place ever again. Nor will my family and

      AMAZING!! I read the reviews and don't understand the complaints. These people are amazing. My dog always smells great, loves going to this facility and their customer service is too notch. Highly recommend.

      Poor customer service. Nasty disposition of "owner". Denial. Zero ownership. Zero professionalism. Argumentative (online). Like to present alternative facts. At the least the "groomers" seem to be poorly trained.

      YES, WE ALSO REVIEWED ON GOOGLE. SO WHAT? YES, WE ARE REPORTING IT HERE TOO. NO, NO LAWS ARE BEING BROKEN.

      This is a copy of my Google review without the "business" "owner's" response but please be advised that I did reach out to the BBB after leaving said review and the PUBLIC defamation of mine and that of my family's character and good name within our community (just for starters):

      "We took our baby Bear here to be groomed. The first day he was fine but then he began to shake, wouldn't engage with us & in fact stayed in our main floor bathroom on the side of our toilet. He kept licking himself. We look down there & he's Irritated. His male parts were cut up!! He was also clipped so low on his left backside that he didn't want to sit. We bought him back & the owner explained to us that she had the same baby (Shih tzu) & that sometimes they get clipper burn or whatever. She advised us to put antibacterial cream on it & he would be fine. We called our vet & had to take him in. He was groomed on Thursday & taken back Saturday. While the owner had a kind voice, she never attempted to make it right on Saturday when we went back. We're really disappointed. Our other baby Gonzo didn't get away unscathed either.

      BTW: take note that all if not most of the negative reviews are from Black ppl...very interesting...

      Also, we haven't asked her to cover any costs because it's taken care of. Pics are too graphic to attach, but we do have them.

      Buyer beware!

      PS. This is her husband Mr. ** ******! I spoke to Ashley personally when my wife and I brought Bear back to the business. We followed your directions you gave us and it didn't work so I still had to take Bear to the vet. Just to let you know my vet said he had a infection because of your people cut him too short in his private area.......you're lucky we don't sue you...that would be interesting...

      Ma'am, you were FIRED THE DAY THEY SAW YOU. Thanks for so many lies. Our pics, receipt, your responses here and recording of you on that Saturday is making this so easy. Please keep digging a deeper hole and expect correspondence from our attorney. Good day.

      This nasty (& in my opinion as shown through the reviews of other reviewers') racist "lady" then PUBLICLY committed several actionable offenses against my wife and I. Due to her response and subsequent actions she was then INFORMED that legal action is on the horizon, she then came back PUBLICY (& typical fashion) & began to attempt to change the narrative by PUBLICY telling outright lies about my family and putting out FALSE (LIBEL) claims that we weren't filing suit BUT INSTEAD threatening HER and that we are liars (even after KNOWING we have all the evidence we needed to get this case going) and that WE are HARRASSING HER. So her spin is WE are the problem. NOT HER - "loosely titled" the owner or HER EMPLOYEES; but us the customer who PAID for their pets to be TERRORIZED and BUTCHERED. Us the customer whom she has PUBLICY defamed (and has a history of - per honest public reviews and the responses she leaves beneath them.) They are full of sarcasm, denial, libel, pettiness, etc. Just go read the reviews.

      Please check this "businesses" 1-star reviews and once you find the common denominator in 97% of those reviews (with pics) all will become clear...

      This could've all been easily avoided had she handled us like humans with even a small amount of professionalism and not like animals so dense they cant think for themselves. This owner NEVER attempted to fix this. NEVER! Never even apologized for what had been done to my dogs. Sometimes a simple, "accept our apology for not living up to the standards we set for our business if the vet is needed we have no problem taking care of it OR returning even a partial amount of what was paid OR virtually anything other than what she actually did." This lady even waited a few weeks (while the paperwork is still being drawn up on our side) & went BACK on said PUBLIC platform to negatively address my wife on the review left when all this started. Why? Sounds like cyber-bullying...on top of everything else. My wife was just telling me the other day to call this off and leave it alone but this "female" just wont stop. SMH. Interesting...

      I would like to reply to this in a professional way, The same way i have responded on all 6-8 Google Reviews that this customer has left on my business. These reviews are on a public forum for all to read on their own and make their own opinion. I encourage you to go read them. You'll see I'm not rude, I'm factual! I have no reason to harass this customer and by seeing the 6-8 reviews on Google you'll see who is harassing who. I won't let him bully me. Leaving 6 reviews using nasty words towards me, calling me a racist is uncalled for! They have gone to great lengths to diminish my character and my business and they won't stop!

      -my reply to this customer on Google is in no way displaying lies or untruths. No remarks made on him or his family (unlike he has done on me, calling me racist!) it's there for you to read and make your own decision.
      -i have not cyber bullied him. He is doing this to me and my business. Leaving 6 reviews on Google and now coming here and leaving a review proves my point that I'm being bullied and harassed.

      07-09-21 Mr. ******, nice to hear from you. Now that you have updated your post with your name and your dogs names on the post we can respond accordingly. Your wife's name is not on the account so naturally we didn't know who she was as there was not name in our system that went with a dog named Bear!

      Much like other errors you have made in your statements above, You're remarks are untrue and uncalled for! I'll address them one by one.

      1. We groomed 2 dogs on Thursday. On Saturday you brought 1 dog in to complain about. Yet you state both dogs were cut up!
      See the other 4 reviews you have left.
      2. You did not speak to Ashley on Saturday, we dont have an employee by that name. You spoke to Amber. You had a pleasant conversation with her and left educated and happy.
      3. You were told that the baby had clipper burn on the sanitary area which is common when grooming. That you're welcome to call your vet. You were told that sometimes they can prescribe an ointment but you need to consult the vet should you chose that route. Never were you told by us to put antibacterial cream on a burn. We informed you to watch your baby and try not to let him lick the area.
      4. You state that Gonzo was left unscathed. You never once brought Gonzo back to us nor did you mention him on Saturday or in this review the way you have Bear. This is the 1st we have heard of issues with Gonzo.
      5. You are stating you took Bear to the vet but not once have we been told of this. We are learning this via 4 reviews that you left 3 weeks after your initial visit. We couldn't possibly even try to offer any thing when we aren't privy to actions you have decided to take. You state the vet said Bear has an infection, i would like more information on this as i don't understand how he could have an infection from clipper burn. It's not an open wound. He wasn't cut. Much like the review you have made, it's confusing. You state all bills have been paid you don't need assistance paying them but yet you state we don't offer you any thing to fix the issue.       6. You state you have pictures but they are too graphic to post. I NEVER seen a graphic mark on Bear so I'd love to see the pics. My video footage shows me explaining the faint marks to be clipper burn. Please submit pics via email for review: *****************@gmail.com
      7. You are stating that most of the reviews are from black people. Im unaware of why you would make this racist statement, why does it matter, and how you even know that information. You see the same things that everyone else sees. I can go through and show you multiple reviews that come from all different races. That's a very ignorant comment for someone that has been to our facility once! If you read reviews beforehand and we are so terrible, then why come to our shop? 8. You state we never attempted to make it right with you. I'm assuming you're meaning monetarily. You received a service and after speaking with you Saturday you left happy. You never mentioned anything further until 3 weeks later on the 4 bad reviews you left on my business. My video footage shows you happy and saying thank you so much for explaining everything. You also state you don't need help with vet bills as they have been paid so what do you want? I'm unclear.
      9. I'll wait to hear from you so we can attempt to figure out what you're wanting. But we do ask that you find another groomer as the "racist comment" you have made on my business and the threat of suing us is completely uncalled for and won't be tolerated.

      07-10-21 PS. No lies told on my end. Thank you for recording me with out my knowledge. At least we will have that for proof of everything I've stated to be TRUE. No need to keep threaten me and Harass my business. Have a nice day
