Worst mistake ever. Communication is c*** We Will get texts with bad news or that someone may be backing out. Without any other information its followed by but cant talk will call later guess what? A Day, sometimes multiple day's go by and nothing. No explanation until they are absolutely forced to tell you. Worst experience of my life. DO NOT SELL YOUR HOUSE WITH MARK *********************** They are really good at selling themselves to you until you sign the contract, and it all goes to c*** Especially if you go under contract. Then they have no time for you what so ever. So please dont do it. Like us, you WILL regret it.

Let me tell you about ***************************, a God send. I was going through the most difficult house sell as a result of a stressful divorce. ****** was about to take all my worries away and took total control. She was extremely accessible to me throughout the whole process. Any questions that I had were answered quickly. During one of the sales she worked the offer to get me an additional $10,000 at close.
