            Harris contracting installed my deck May of 2020 costing approximately $5000. Within weeks, **** the owner was contacted due to nails not being completed nailed to the wood and the wood to the stairs being loose. Some one from the company came out and hammered the nails down. Fast forward to around April/May of 2021, I reached out to **** about the deck separating from the house. I call **** several times as well as texted him over the course of 3 months. Finally in June, he sent a gentleman by the name of ***. *** told my parents that he needed two people to fix the deck. He stated that he would let **** know and someone would be back out. I call **** several times, and finally he stated that he was on vacation and for me to send my address again and he'll take care of the deck when he return from vacation. ** July, I texted **** again, only for him to say that the bracket was sold out on his two previous visits. **** texted me that he would contract me as soon as the brackets come in. September and October I texted **** and no reply. November is about to end and no response has yet to come from **** ** reference to my deck repair.

            Hired **** to build my home after it **** down Dec 13, 2020 . The house never got finished. We had to let **** go . Showed no interest in the house after about 3 months. . Always asking for money with advanced payments. . No shows and always on vac . Very poor communication. . We ask for papers and copies of payments . Avoided us .We had plumbers, electrician and roofers contacting us asking for payments. We paid **** up front in advance. **** delayed there payments and lived off are money until he decided to pay the trades . We had to settle up with the roofers $5500 was owed .**** never provided papers . Through this process **** has stressed my wife and I for over 1 year and 3 months. After we took over the build everything is going as planed . We were over charged on many trades . As my involvement with Harris contract I do not recommend for **** to contract homes .
