I ordered a 6 piece boneless lemon pepper wings with fries lemonade I went to my car took two bites of the lemon pepper wing it was completely pink in the middle I immediately took the entire platter back into restaurant I was told that it will be recooked I was refused a refund I was told to order something else or re-cook my food or call the cops because I wasn't getting a refund I stated I was grossed out and no longer felt safe or comfortable eating at this establishment and was denied a refund my only choice she pushed my food across the counter and told me to take it I told her I no longer wanted the food she said I had to exchange food only again she told me to call the cops so I did police came and she also told officer I couldn't receive refund as well ,please so I left without food or refund she was very nasty and arrogant I am very displeased I feel she is serving the public uncooked food not cooking it for the right amount of time chicken can be can make you very sick or be very deadly if not cook properly and at this point I didn't want the food I didn't want any food from the established and I was refused a refund and only given choice to buy something else at this point i didn't trust to eat there again the chicken was PINK inside please help and see restaurant because someone is going to get sick or worse imagine if I didn't look at it I would have ingest raw chicken they are serving the public uncooked foodInitial Complaint

04/03/2024 Today, I had lunch at American Deli, I ordered a small salad and 6 mild wings, and when I got the order I was happy with the salad, but I was very upset with the wings drowning in hot sauce. I asked for the manager after the cashier said they wouldn't take them back. She implied that she had just left and they didn't try to give me any resolution to the problem. She called on the phone to the manager and said no one was picking up. Afterward, she called someone from the back and he said they couldn't do anything. They didn't offer me a refund or anything to compensate me for something I couldn't eat. I've gone to other locations and never experienced the backlash and bad customer service I did today.Initial Complaint

Date of incident: 4/27/23 Time: 4:20pm I am a young female that has been a patron of this business for well over 10 years. Today when I placed an order and the manager, ****, got it incorrect, instead of making things right she decided to be combative and argue with me instead of simply fixing the half of the order that was incorrect. For reference, the order was for a ten piece of chicken wings: 5 lemon pepper dry and 5 classic hot flavored wings. In regard to my approach, I dont like to argue or raise my voice, so I tried to reason with her by trying to understand why she was being so volatile. She proceeded to scream about how she doesnt care and how Im unwelcome, yielding to an alarmingly racist driven situation. Before she walked to her nook that was operating as her office, she purposefully kicked my right foot. So this concerns triples as an assault, in addition to a discriminatory display and outright extremely rude disregard for simple customer service, basic problem solving skills. I would like compensation for this inconvenience and the emotional + physical harm ensued in this transaction.
