The lady working front office very rude.i called this morning asking what time I could check in and give the lady my unit number that I had booked.and she said I could check in at noon .I show up with motorhome at **** to check in and was told check in is 2 p.m .I asked why was I told noon time.and the lady working got really rude with me and then said I was yelling at her she was going to get management.she did manager comes out and she still yelling at. Horrible other people follow me out of the office and told me how badly that lady treated me her boss did nothing. I was talking to the manager she was still yelling and I even asked him can you ask her to be quiet so I can talk to you he never said a word to her she continues to yell so finally I walked outside our unit as of 2:00 was still not ready to move into the lady was rude manager has never offered to give us a discount I will never ever say here again unfortunately we're stuck here until the 1st my husband is working up here out of town we will not be coming back it's sad when you go and pay over $700 just for a campsite and then you are spoken to horrible and management left this happen when I went outside there was other customers that followed me out apologize for how rude that lady was and there was employees that come up to me and said she's always rude so let me ask you something is the manager and that lady having an affair and if that's why she's allowed to yell at customers and he doesn't say anything back very very unprofessional I do not see this part making it I would never come back here again
