I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against my insurance agent, ********************** **********************, regarding an unresolved issue with my business policy refund.Details of the complaint are as follows:Policy Holder ******************************************* Policy Number: **************/ Previous Policy 10x4263301 ********* Agent: ********************** ********************** Date of House Sale: May 6th, 2024 Date of Refund Request: May 14th, 2024 Despite selling my house on May 6th, 2024, and promptly contacting my agent Ms. ********************** ********************** of ************************* on May 14th, 2024, to request a refund for the unearned premium on my business policy, I have yet to receive my refund as of the date of this letter. It has been over three months, and despite multiple follow-up attempts, Ms. ********************** has not initiated the processing of my refund.This prolonged delay and lack of communication have caused me significant inconvenience and financial distress. Since this business policy is managed exclusively by Ms. **********************, I have no alternative means to resolve this issue. I believe this constitutes a violation of her duty to act in a timely and professional manner, as well as a potential breach of state insurance regulations regarding fair business practices.I kindly request the ********** of ********* to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that my refund is processed without further delay. Enclosed with this letter are copies of relevant documents, including my original policy, proof of sale of the house, and records of my communication attempts with Ms. **********************.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and the resolution of this issue. Once this issue is resolved we can begin to address the current issues I am experiencing with a separate property of the same policy due to the same negligence.
