Found Passion Pools dur6a ****** search for a pool repair as a result of my neighbors tree falling into my yard causing damage to the liner the and apart of the ** wheel there was once a diving board. Damage to concrete and about 6ft 8z of coping on one end. I'd already priced the liner on ******* pool supply as the pool was built in the 70s and was your standard 1632 10 ft pool. I'd had the liner installed about 4 or 5 years ago. ****** showed up w his boys and I explained that I'd been looking for a good price. He agreed to do the job and assured me he'd give me a good deal and after receiving his quote for a little 5k I was ready to get the project underway however I was a bit talented aback when he told me he would need 2k upfront it was then that I got a bit nervous because no contractor that I'd ever worked w requires money up front. Lazy day pools came w the liner did the work and I paid them 2300k. Well I went ahead and zelled him 1k on 1/23 and ****** via **** and ****** cash 12_24..he agreed to stay in constant communication with his progress. They showed up the next day for 30 minutes to remove the damaged liner but never replaced the tarp I'm the mean time it continued to rain and fill up w ??. They tossed red mud from the pool onto the side of the deck and left it there for 3 or 5 days ..he came back again and piddlrd around claiming to measure the pool and again left only after about *********************************************************************************************************************************************** asking him much of anything and so I had a male partner of mine speak w him. I asked ****** why he threw the red dirt on the side of my pool deck and his son responded in an hostile manner that it had come from my yard and when challenged his statement he really got upset .I asked him not to bring his son back but the next day he did and his son called me the * word several times after I asked them to leave. As Ask him for $2000 up front.The job was so small I actually asked for half.I don't know where she got that from that you don't have to pay a contractor.A percentage of front I have been in business since 1969. My customers always give me a percentage of front.As for the time spinner her job it was only the time needed to perform.The initial test.As for the red mood in the pool it? Was? There A? Base. On the old liner setting in the pool.For I don't know how long it was.22 erosion where water steak down through the broken concrete around her deck.This was pointed out to her before I started the job.But she said she wanted the new liner to be replaced as is.She didn't agree to pay any money for.Resurfacing? All. Pool? Bottom which.To meet being a expert pool build I knew that it wouldn't be possible.She was set on being cheap so I removed all the dirt and placed.Out of the pool on the side.I Assumed that she wanted to run the job herself based on the comments that she made to my employees she Told them. To get that s*** off my deck I explained to her male partner the procedures in which I would finish the pool.But she never wanted to confirm I will conversation with all 3 of us present.Her responsibility was not to say anything to my son who is my employee but to speak to me in which she didn't when I came back the next day. She said she asked me not to bring my employee back which was a lot.So when we showed up she asked me to have him leave.There was no problem for him to leave but then she asked me to leave her job site also so I packed up and left we are not bullies we. Are serious hard Working mean.It was evident from the 1st day we showed up. Does she had prejudice against a minority contractor?Add the statement she made to me saying that she had problems with black contractors in the area where she lived.Customer response

He is lying as I've never cussed and deflecting even now in his statement. He was supposed to buy a liner wa portion of the 2k and no one reputable pool company that has been in business has to request money up front. I have since had another company come out and state that he damaged the sun floor and after leaving my pool exposed to constant rain has also caused me to now need a new pool. The company address doesn't even come up as. A pool company. The customer reviews are horrendous and I've attached several pics of my pool last year up until now
Everyone customer is nor making up stories regarding what they have experienced as I personally experienced his unprofessional antics , first hand. Had I read the reviews I'd never hired him

First of all she's a liar. No she did not curse me she cursed.One of.my Workers. I don't know what country she's from.Any company no matter what service industry there in have their own policy based on payments.Schedules and I have been in the industry for 54 years.and have never had a problem with my payment schedule. I don't know what company she had to come to.Try.and bad mouth me for a small amount of money that she was trying to pay me.But I had progress in everything that I said I was going to do for her. There was a tree.That had fallen in her pool and broke the structure of her pool.In. the deep end. She told me she had filed an insurance claim.To get it fixed but the insurance company denied most of what she claim.So prior to me getting there?She had hard another company to.Replace the concrete.In the deep end of her pool which the tree had destroyed the coping and the old wood walls of the pool. I asked her why did she have a company pulled back new concrete on a pool that the copenha?Was damage and the old walls were Bowed in? And expression that I got from her was she didn't know why.So That's the whole thing with this lady.She has an opinion about things that she don't have a clue about.I don't know what's.She looking at.If I don't come up as a pool company?How is she looking at these reviews?This lady is actually a cheap scam artist.Who thought she was going to get over on a minority business?I don't know of no company in America that has all good reviews.That's common in the world of a scam artist to say. People that don't want to pay that's their mo to make up stories. If I had listened to my first instinct.I would have never taken her job.Customer response
