      Zero Stars ******** ******** is a thug and criminal she has a criminal record for fraud and she steals identities she has 10+ aliases she lures people into believing her home buying business is real and scams you out of money. How are you running a mortgage company out of a studio apartment!!! Research the address of her company!! She is running a ponzi scheme and I reported her to my bank and did digging and I took screenshot of her contracts and I located the owner of the apartment it is owned by Mr ** an Asian man and he said that studio has been vacant 2 years. ******** ******** ********************** in ******* allegedly. She lives in ******** she's a huge scam artist also goes by Channa ******* ********* also another alias of another woman. She targets black women especially she is a sadistic mentally ill demonic thug. Im going to expose the monster! I believe she is homeless and she has several charges against her in ****************. *** needs to put her in ************** and I will do my best to make certain it happens!

      ****. DONT PAY THE MONEYDONT SIGN ALL THE PAPERWORK ******** SENDS!!!! We as the consumers has been scam by a a Consulting Scammers called Dream Home Consulting LLC. This Institution is taking advantage of vulnerable people that are seeking to desperately get in a home. They received my information from a home I wanted to view that was listed. ******** ******** gave us a call telling us that they can get us qualified and that this is a second chance program helping people who has had credit issues and more. We have paid Dream Home Consulting LLC $531 total. They had us to pay and sign papers before we could look at their portal. ******** ******** promised us that she would get us in a home within seven days. We signed all their paperwork on December 3, 2024, today is December 11, 2024 and we have yet to find a home, the homes I sent her from their portal, I was told those houses was not apart of their program but its one of the links that they sent to us. Most of the links had no homes listed and some of the links had only a few homes listed. We were told they have several homes in the area we were looking in and these were brand new homes. The few homes on the links were raggedly. There program was also false advertising due to the fact, the original home I inquired to view was never apart of their program. Weve tried contacting via email and phone, no response. I honestly think you should investigate them. Times are to hard for people who are seeking to be put in nice homes to learn that its a lie and a scam. We cant afford to be hoodwinked by these kind of business who take advantage of people especially today.

      Thought it was a scam at first but ******** came through and everything worked out perfectly! Just be patient and willing to listen and whats for you wont miss you ! Me and my family love our new home! We even had a issue with the a/c and it was fixed the next day !

      Please believe all the bad reviews. It starts off great then once your payment is collected communication is lost. I have several emails reaching out questioning ******** about this company being a scam because everything I have read mirrors the exact same things Ive experienced. I should have read the reviews before moving forward with this company that preys on those who are looking to find a home. They have you sign so that you cant dispute the fees. So either way youre back at square one and out of the money you spent with this company. Luckily I only paid a little over $200. Her rebuttals to all bad reviews makes the person seem like they are in the wrong. But trust me this company isnt here to help. I am still waiting for this so called ****** were supposed to have over a month ago. I have multiple emails of me wondering if this company is real, asking her to call me, etc. its been times she would say she reached out to these homes and that they didnt answer however I would call the same number to the same homes and they would pick up first ring. After a while you just give up. Which I did, then decided to send another list of homes to see if the outcome would be different. ****, she said she reached out and waiting for home owners response. Then said she spoke to one and waiting to confirm the 1pm viewing time.. and I havent heard back from her since. No update follow through none of that. Its sad that people are out here taking advantage of families like this. I can go one and on. I just pray that those looking for a home take these bad reviews into consideration and find help elsewhere. *** asked around about this company and either theyve never heard of it or have nothing but bad experiences/stories. I wish I would have asked and read the reviews first. Smh

Our records show multiple calls made to you during the month of ************ We documented each owner contact, which we pursued diligently, and your requests were fulfilled. While we understand you may have felt the process was lengthy, unique situations can require extra time. The documents you signed were to protect against fraud. Dream Homes provided you services, contacted property owners on your behalf, and maintained communication with you. Therefore, we stand by our commitment and assert that we did not scam you.

      This is a SCAM !!! We were on the phone for hours . Telling us about the organization . The INs and OUTs . We were so hopeful . We were provided the dashboard and links to available houses once we paid nearly $600 . We found prospective houses and the communication seized after she got our nearly $600 . It is so disheartening to be jugged by someone of color when we are dealing with challenges and barriers as is . WHAT A SHAME !
