I recently had a very disappointing experience at Princess Hair Pizzaz. I had two appointments at the Stonecrest location for my girls, one starting at 2pm and the other starting starting at 4pm. The stylist ************************* was doing someone elses hair when we got there, so we had to wait for her to be done. When I informed her that I had an event to be at @6pm, she had another stylist wash my girls' hair. After waiting from 2pm to 3:30 pm, my husband decided to call the location in Cumberland to make an appointment instead. My husband spoke to a manager there who set us up for Wednesday and *** refunded us our deposit. Although, that was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience, we didn't hold that against the salon. So, we were very shocked to receive a call on Wednesday from the Cumberland location telling us that our appointments were canceled and that we were banned from their establishment because we threatened their employee. They informed us that the employees note stated that my husband threatened to smack her if she ever spoke to his wife like that again. Firstly, the stylist and I never exchanged words. Even, when she was unable to provide us with the service that we were expecting, and after showing us that she had no respect for our time by getting upset that we had rescheduled the appointment to another location, I did not engage in any back and forth with her. I do not take this lightly because it is very concerning that the salon would make false accusations against me and my husband. This is not the kind of behavior that should be tolerated in any business.I have asked Princess Hair Pizzaz to release/send me the call log or video evidence showing that we threatened ************************* and they hung up on me. This establishment has shown me that they would rather engage in character assassination instead of taking accountability for their unprofessionalism.
