I sought out to think things through on establishing knowledge about the product, utilize material in the wealthy hair package, proper payment processing for online in connection to the website already built, via in person, and marketing/strategies. In addition - What are the best ways to create a good and satisfying customer experience, and maintain great relationships. - In the beginning, I started to look at this for me as a journey. I started in 2020. And have accomplished a lot of groundwork. My goal is when I actually do present ?? my brand to the masses. I want it to be with confidence and integrity. I had been wanting to start selling hair extensions for over four years but didn't know how! I was very skeptical eventually with this business like any online business with all the scams going on nowadays. Wealthy hair delivered everything they promised. even if I didn't respond back quickly they kept reaching out to complete the website and I am thrilled with all the knowledge I acquire with the courses. I love the hair and I am ready to go. As a hairdresser I know a good hair when I see one

Terrible dont do it. ITS A SCAM!!! I literally watched the whole webinar and its was all a lie. After paying the whole $997, I was told the website was included, which was a lie, they informed me to create a GoDaddy and PayPal account, then the asked me for both sites username and password, I asked them why they said they needed it in order to create my website. And within 24 I would receive the email showing the site, it never happened. Every time I call no answer, Ive left email no response. The webinar mentioned having a live agent to speak with at all times, that is also a lie. Please refund me my money ASAP!!!

Yes we do build you your own website for you which I can see that our website team did complete for you and it is currently up and running as of the day you left this review.2. Yes we do ask you to create a ******* account so you can get your domain name (your website URL) from them so that you will have total ownership of your brand/company name/website address. For the domain name login info we required for your ******* login info, yes we do require that so we can change the *** (which is the Domain ***********) settings so that we can have your domain name point to our servers where we are hosting the website that we built for you. Most people don't know all of the steps needed to change the *** settings for a domain name. We do this to be helpful so that it can get done quickly to help get your website up and running as fast as we can for you.3. Yes we also do ask you to create a ****** account so we can connect it to your website so that your website has the ability to accept credit cards and ****** payments from your customers when they buy hair from you.4. I do see that it took us 2 days instead of 1 day to get your website built after we got the login info from you. We do try our very best to get it built as fast as humanly possible and I am sorry that it did take that extra day to get it built for you. We do say that it may take up to 7 days on the webinar to get your website built so I am sorry that you received the over-promise of just 24 hours from one of our web team staff, I will for sure speak with them about this so that they won't overpromise on the time in the future.As far as being available at all times, I am sorry if there was any misunderstanding about this but our team does need to sleep too ?? but we are open during these hours:Monday through Friday: 8 am to 12 am Eastern time ****************** 9am to 9pm Eastern time I do see that we did contact you back asap once we were open to help you with your missed calls and emails during the times you contacted us outside of our working hours. I am glad as of this moment that I see all the concerns here have been resolved with our support and web team.
