      I have called ***** Warranty to put in a claim and they have a third party handling the claim request. We pay monthly for the ***** warranty. We had to pay ****** deductible for each claim and one was for dryer and the other one for washer. Its going over 3 weeks now and still neither of them working. The third part Tek Squad came out and had to order parts and they came in last week and we had appointment set up for Friday March 1. We get a call from Tek Squad saying they were down technician and had to reschedule for the following week. The guy came out from Tek Squad to fix washer and dryer. So as of today still nothing fix. My mom is on hospice care at home and I have called and told them the importance getting it fixed. I called and talk with the foreign manager from ***** Warranty and she told me the guy from Tek Squad closed the ticket out saying its fixed. Before the guy came out the dryer would click for few seconds and click off since he came out and work on it, the dryer doesnt work at all. At this point I am beyond frustrated with this company. The stress that I am having to deal with not having a dryer or washer to be able to take care of my mothers needs. I did contact her social worker to let her know the situation. I would like for ***** to replace the dryer and washer since we have been going through this for awhile. You cannot get nobody to listen to you. This lady called name **** and she stated she make sure things were taking care of. You cannot ever get I. Touch with her. I have left 3 voicemails now, what can we do to get this resolved? Please help with this issue. I cannot leave the house to go to laundry mat with my moms condition.

      Tek Squad was the contractor selected by my home warranty company (American Home Shield). They were contracted to repair a dishwasher on 06/19/23. They have been to my home on 5 occasions and ordered 3 different parts and installed them. The last trip to my home they replaced the pump motor in the dishwasher. Keep in mind the dishwasher was working and cleaning only the bottom rack. The repair man was here about an hour replaced the pump motor and then nothing. He stated that he had over tightened the k*** under the sink and would need to call a plumber. This would happen within 2 days.It has been 5 days and no plumber. When I called American Home Shield today, I was told that I would need to pay another $120 copay for a plumber to come out to my house. I was told that Tek Squad technician denies he did anything to the plumbing. Ummm.... I had water before he came out and the dishwasher washed dishes on the bottom rack, just not the top. And now I have no water!! I was also told that Tek Squad said that I would need to prove they damaged the k*** on the pipe. The technician told me, point blank he over tightened it and stripped it. I have tried to get this resolved for weeks. It is now September and this began June 19th. Absolutely absurd to think I would pay even more money, when they have fixed and finished nothing. Please help me get this resolved.

      9/8 - We noticed a little bit of water at the base of our fridge. It was under the freezer side, directly under the ice maker. I wiped it up thinking someone had dropped ice and didn't pick it up. An hour later, the water was there again. I called the warranty number and scheduled someone to come out. Tuesday teenager was home from school and my husband was 2 minutes away. The tech spent roughly 5 minutes and said that it was the flapper for the ice chute that wasn't sealing properly. He had to order parts and would be back. only five minutes were spent. He didn't even remove the grate at the bottom to check the leak my husband mentioned. Wednesday 9/13 - We arrive home from work and notice that there is a line of water that is coming from the side of the fridge and going in front of our cabinets. There is also a fairly large puddle on the other side of the fridge. Additionally, there's more water that we can see behind the fridge. It was leaking so badly and to the point that water had been running UNDER our baseboards and was leaking into the master bathroom. In a panic, I called the tech company that was doing the work. The woman that answered the phone said that she didn't even have a report of him being out there and said that she would call him and call me back. She never did. I called the service warranty line and the automated message wouldn't get me to any physical person. It just said that parts ordered were delayed. Water was coming up from seams in our LVP, running under baseboards, running along cabinets...My husband and I pulled the fridge out and turned off the water line and drained the lines from the fridge using a cup and collecting it from the spout on the front of the fridge. WE stopped the leak. ALL of this because a repair technician couldn't be bothered to properly take the time to diagnose a problem. We paid $100 to have our floors, baseboards, and sheet rock soaked.

      Tek Squad was the designated refridgerator repair sought out by ***** to fix the issue with our 1 year old ******* purchased) Kenmore refridgerator. The client service was appaling and as I write this it has now been almost 6 weeks that we have been without a working refridgerator. The wrong part has been ordered 3 times in a row, and Tek Squad has now stopped returning our calls. Absolutely work company I have ever had an experience with. I have three children and no ability to keep food cold for them because a product, which is under warrantee, has gone over a month with no one seemingly knowing how to diagnose or fix it. I would give a negative rating if that was an option.

      Almost a month ago my refrigerator stopped working. It was purchased 15 months ago from ****** and is a Kenmore. It is still under warranty. ***** sent Tek Squad out to repair/assess. The Tech arrived earlier than the schedule time and left before I arrived home, which was inside the window. Upon finally getting it addressed, they ordered the part that was deemed necessary. The wrong part arrived and could not be installed. Another part was ordered and arrived. Again, the wrong part. Another part was ordered and arrived. Again, the wrong part. Last Thursday the newest part arrived. Installer came for the 5th time to install, and again, its the wrong part! Friday and today they have been screening their calls and wont answer or call me back. I dont know what to do.

      An appliance service man was sent to my home. He took my appliance apart, but not enough to find the problem. He hurt himself and had to leave. I called after he left to set up another appointment, because the man got injured and left. I was told I had an appointment for the next day, but all the confirmation text showed was the same day information as when the man was there. No one showed up the next day. I waited to see if the company would contact me about the situation. I never heard anything. I then found out that the service appointment was reported as completed. I called again to tell them the job was not completed and that the job had been reported as completed. I was told I couldnt get an appointment till nearly a week later. My appliance is still sitting in pieces. I am very disappointed in the service this company has given me.

      On January 8, 2023 I called American Home Shield and they sent my service request to Tek Squad. Tek Squad came out on 3 different occasions to repair my double oven unit. It took three visits to finally attempt the repair. The first visit the technician didn't have the proper equipment to take the oven out of the wall. The second visit, the technician diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. The third visit, the technician came out with the proper equipment to remove the oven onto a cart to install the parts. On the third visit, when the technician attempted the repair, he broke a piece of the oven off when removing it from the wall for repairs, and putting it on this cart. I had a neighbor here, *****************, at the time of the repair besides myself. He told us both, he broke the piece, but it was no problem, he would order the piece he broke and would be back in a couple of days. After a week of not hearing back from the technician, I called Tek Squad. I left messages and they were never returned. Finally on February 13, I got through to the the manager *******, and she told me that the case was closed and when they asked the technician about breaking the part, he said he did not do it. I have been put off and put off about this, and now they are saying the technician says he didn't do it. Two witnesses were there when he broke it and were both told by the technician, that he had broken it, and would be back in a few days with a new part to replace the one he broke.

      We did go out and complete repairs on the customers oven however at the time of the repair we did notify her that the black trim at the bottom of the double oven was broken and if we removed it it would not go back on The customer Agreed To move forward with the repairs. We completed repairs and got the  oven working again and and ************** definitely did not break the trim at the bottom. Before any repairs were done we did inform the customer that this piece at the bottom was broken and if removed it would not go back on. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused the customer.

      Tek Squad was contracted by ***** to complete a repair covered by warranty. The 1st Tech made an assessment ordering a door latch and control panel. 2nd Tech replace the parts and said that we also needed a motor would order. However, when that same tech arrived he said the motor was too expensive so he wanted to try replacing the motor clutch 1st - he did and that didn't word definitely needs motor. 3rd Tech came again without a motor - replacing the control panel for the second time. Was able to start a cycle but left as the machine was filling with water and advised to call if that didn't work. As soon as the machine was filled with water it stopped - called right away no response after calling multiple times I sent a text as well. Several hours later he texted back saying needs a pump. Never heard back so I called the office - Tech had not made any notes so the rep called him and was advised needed a motor - I explained that when he texted it was a pump? Said Sup Tech would call - never did. When I called back work order was closed out as completed 9/6 no one had been to my ouse since te 2nd. Had to initiate new work order - same tech came and sat on the floor scrolling through his phone. Was here 15 mins and left saying it needed a pump. 5 service calls 3 techs changing the same part multiple times, falsifying information on the work order and verbally abusive.

      This is regarding the service performed at My home on Friday, April 22nd to my dryer. The customer service and professionalism of the technician was subpar. I was disappointed in his quality of work.1. He arrived at my home with a lady friend and his two digs in the car. They waited in car in my drive way with engine running for the hour and a half visit.2. He didnt assemble the dryer together properly. He left out 8 screws off the back of the dryer and I found them scattered on the floor when I went to clean up. Only Two screws holding the entire back panel of my dryer, leaving a huge gap all the way down the frame. 3. He Didnt mount the electrical panel correctly. It wasnt flush with the rest of the machine face.He said he couldnt figure out why and left it that way. 4. He Didnt properly reattach the dryer vent using band clamps instead he used Electrical tape to attach it to the outside vent. The hose was also not connected to the dryer end with the band clamps provided.5. He stated that there was a hole in the dryer vent hose. Im not sure if it was there prior to his repair or from the original repairman that came and diagnose the dryer. He said that he would tape the hole. I assumed he would use the foil tape that most appliance repairman have in their kit. The hole remained after he left. 6. He Severely scratch the glass front of my dryer glass , as he didnt lay any thing down to protect it when he dissembled the dryer.7. I had to help him assemble the dryer as he needed an extra set of hands. I held the drum while he put the unit back together. He struggled with putting the pulley on the drum and had to watch a ******* video to figure it out.He was perfectly nice at my home and I was helpful and considerate of his situation, not having another technician to help him. Only after he left my home did I realize the extent of his poor workmanship. I then texted him on the phone number he called me on. Thats when he got defensive, hostile

      We are extremely apologetic that Ms. *** Merlucci  was not happy with her experience. We did send a technician out to install the pulley on the dryer. When the tech arrived he did notice that the dryer vent was already broken. Also the technician took pictures of the glass and it was not scratched at the time of visit. Ms. ***************************** called the technican after he lft and brutley cursed him, and call him several obscene names. The technican stsed he was ver confussed as to why ******************** was cursing at him since he told her he would be returning to her home with a new vent, even though it was broken when we started repairs. Due to the response that the technician gave the customer when she text him we did released his technician of his duties. However the customer did *************** and verbally assaulted our office manager and threatened her as well. When she tried to ask the customer if we could send someone back out she refused as well. She told us she wanted no one back at her home. Again we are extremely apologetic for the situation and we did try to go back out and also offered to replace the vent at no cost but the customer denied our request.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The company never responded to my complaint directly after messages and emails. They only responded to my bbb complaint here. So that say plenty to me.  The series of events stated by this company is not what happened. You can see the screen shots of my text and conversation with technician, I did not cuss him out. He called me an ignorant and silly and and cursed at me in an audio message that I was unable to upload to this platform. I did curse at the dispatch lady after being completely frustrated by the workmanship of the technician and him threatening me. I did  apologize in my emails for losing my cool  had she bothered to return any of my any emails. They was a back history of incompetence with this company of wrong parts order and missed appointments.  I supposedly missed a service appt on April 22nd. They said they came, but I was home the whole time and no one came. Dispatch apparently took pictures of my home to prove I wasnt there but never bothered to call me on the phone. My door was open with screen door closed, I was in backyard. Minimal effort was made to make contact. I was promised phone logs that they tried to call me. But I never received them. i would love to request a photo of my scratched dryer that was supposedly taken. 

      Either way, if the vent had a hole it in that has nothing to do with installing all the screws in back panel and putting the eclectically panel back so it was flush and not pinching wires.

      The technician actually shocked himself on the dryer by working on it while plugged into the wall?!!! That is insane.

      Bottom line dont do business with this company if your home warranty company sends them to your house.

      Tek squad was contacted to repair my refrigerator door via ORHP they after at a minimum of 4 visits replaced the door. The texh left sayimg they would have to order parts to finish the job mentioned nothing of more cost. But left it without a handle. Damaging the trim to none functional. The freezer now leaks. When contact the said they need more money and refused to return the old door. My fridge is worse for there cisit

      TekSquad. *** is sorry that the customer is unhappy with there service. However we did go out and service the customers units, through his home warranty company. We reported the diagnosis and the customers home warranty stated the parts needed are not covered by his policy. We have no control over the decision that the warranty company makes. However if the customer would like to pay for the parts needed, we would be happy to completed the repairs outside of warranty.

      I am rejecting this response because: I am not asking for the vendor to add more parts I want the original door returned. Both myself and the warranty company are under agreement that the work is still not done correctly now as before as to the warranty the vendor fails to hear that I want the original parts returned becuse the fitment and the workmanship was poor and not done correctly and no new parts are needed!
