      Terrible experience! American Home Shield assigned TEKSQUAD **** He came to the premises numerous times attempted to fix the dishwasher but was unsuccessful. Per our last conversation, he suppose to order a fill line with a check valve and also a drain line. The appt was scheduled for 4/4 at 4pm. He did NOT show up at the appt time and NOT picking up my calls. This request was initiated on March 3rd it has been over a month now and the dishwasher is still not fixed. Im requesting to be assigned a different technician! This business should close their door yesterday.

      Like many reviews thru home warranty Tex Squad came to my home to repair refrigerator. To make matters worse the home warranty turned out to be awful. Between the two of them things ended badly and fridge door is not fixed. My story is too long so will skip to the end. Because the fridge had one problem after next the technicians made a number of trips to my home. The situation completely fell apart after technician stated he needed to order parts but parts were not ordered. Tex Squad blamed the home warranty company and the warranty company blamed Tex Squad. Home *************** stated Tex Squad reported repair was complete...case closed. The woman answering the phone at Tex Squad said they closed case because my request was under review. I called back to speak with Tex Squad manager for confirmation that they reported repair complete. She did not return my call.

      They Don't know what they are doing, they came to my house three times through my home warranty company, they installed a exhaust fan in the kitchen but they did not do it properly , It was not doing what is supposed to do. All the steam was going into the walls and my bedroom. We have to hire somebody else to do it right and pay out of my pocket. The same thing with my diswasher, they came but they were not able to do the instalation the tech said he will be back en 2 days or so, after 8 days waiting and after seeing what had happend with the exhaust fan we decided to hire somene else as well and the home warranty company gave us the money back. Please do not let them do anything in your house! They have no clue! Tek Squad please Stop stealing people money and time! Get out of bussiness or hire real technician with good experience.

      I sat home for 3 days waiting on appointments that were scheduled and they just dont show!! Really bad. And they lie. Say they came to your house at 6:45pm and we werent home - we were sitting at dinner table at front door. Dispatch said she can only go by the notes from *******.Really. Even if its a lie

      This was the service provider selected by my home warranty company. I found it impossible to speak to a person by calling the office number. I left multiple messages requesting a call back. No one returned my calls. I had three confirmed appointments that were not kept. A technician did not show up and no one called to let me know. I was just left hanging with no resolution. I called my home warranty company who also confirmed that they have been having trouble with this company. ZERO STARS.

      The absolute worst. After reading other customer reviews, I whole heartedly agree. Kudos to those of you who actually SPOKE to someone. I've been trying for a month and a half (since last tech visited) to talk to a REAL person. Also, Kudos to y'all that got it fixed or somewhat resolved within 3 months. I haven't had a fully functional refrigerator since the middle of February. FEBRUARY y'all. Who in their right mind would EVER think this is acceptable for ANY appliance in their home (much less a refrigerator). I've even spoken with my **************** and am STILL not get a resolution. I won't even get started on them. That'll be my next rant. How can a **************** do business with a company that has a "**** customer review" rating? I'll tell you how, the warranty company has a "**** customer review" rating. I've paid them 7 monthly payments since my fridge has been inop and here we are. Can't seem to get ahold of Tek Squad between the hours of "8 am -5 pm" OR "noon to 1 pm" If I don't get THAT dreaded message, I get the "We're either away from the phone or 'helping another customer" I've left no less than 15 messages and STILL nothing. Good Grief. I agree with all posts I've read. "Run"

      Most horrible service (WARRANTY) We Have Ever Paid money for in our life !!Still waiting on a dryer and Refrigerator repair for 3+ months now ..Finally had to go purchase a new washer and dryer for their lack of service .. still needing to get the dryer repaired for use else where here on the farm and this compress for the refrigerator was finally ordered last week after a in home visit 3 weeks prior.. received it yesterday and waiting on a schedule date and still cannot assure me of a service date ..If you are gonna service an area you should absolutely make it an easy access or forfeit the area to another company !!I am going over and beyond on this one! My husband is a man of few words but he has had it up to his eyeballs as well !!I will work to get this company shut down .. Performance is accountability

      Terrible. Wish I could give a zero star. They were assigned via ***** Home Warranty to fix a refrigerator. They called to cancel in the middle of the day they were supposed to come. We rescheduled for the following Monday. They called and canceled toward the end of the day that day. We re-scheduled for Friday and I never received a text or call at all. Called and left a message and never heard anything back.

      This company is so unprofessional. I have asked to speak with a supervisor and not one contacted me after waiting an entire month to get a part fixed they pushed my appointment back 3 times! I still have not gotten the issue fixed since June 13th. I would never Recommend this company to anyone!

      Gave them 1 star because you can't seem to give zero stars. My warranty company (Choice Home Warranty) uses Tek Squad for appliance repair. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday between 1pm-6pm to get my refridgerator repaired. Sometime after I made the appointment they changed it to 8am-1pm, but never contacted me about this. Technician shows up Wednesday at 10am, nobody is home so off he goes to the next appointment. Their office calls me to reschedule, the woman admits nobody contacted me about the time change, says she will try to get the technician back to my house. After about 4 hours I contact the office again and the woman says the technician refuses to drive back to my house and she can't make him do it. Offers to reschedule me for the following Tuesday. What a joke, they didn't seem to care at all. I have spoken to Choice Home Warranty and suggested that they look at all the reviews for Tek Squad and rethink whether or not they want to use them in the future. Bottom line, if you see them scheduled for warranty repair, run away and get someone else.
