This business relationship began at the end of February 2022. A contract was signed on or about March 26, 2022 with *************************. ******************** was hired to detail plans to remove a load-bearing wall in my home.Along with signing the contract, ******************** insisted that I send her a deposit of $1,300 in order for her to begin work on this project, which was done. The only communication in writing has been with the contract from her. ******************** repeatedly set deadlines that she chose, yet each and every time she failed to meet that deadline or even communicate with me. Promises, commitments, etc were just words and that is all I got from her. I have continued to reach out to her and am unable to communicate with her. If there is any response, all I get is another empty promise. I have repeatedly communicated to her that due to her lack of work and her unprofessional behavior, I no longer want to work with her, I have given her deadlines for fulfilling her contractual obligations, I have asked for my deposit back and my personal house plans be returned, but all to no avail. I've reached the limits of my patience with her as she has caused this project of mine to drag on for months....and I still have nothing Ms..******** has been almost impossible to get in touch with....via text (She rarely responds to text messages), and phone calls (her voicemail is full so no message can be left).I simply want my deposit returned along with my personal house plans. I have tried to reach her through her "company", however, the phone numbers listed are not "working numbers". This has been the most frustrating experience of my adult life and I simply want it behind me.
