on January 12th 2022 my **** account was hacked and the person that hack my account was buying items on ****. How I was alerted was I had a spending limit of $50, anything over $50 dollars required my authorization and a code that was sent only to my cell phone. I went to my bank and reported this to my bank immediately in person and my bank closed my account and issued me a new account with a new debit card. **** at that time cancelled all the orders that was made that day.. On March 5th 2022 the seller (osrs.gold - *****************) whom the fraudulent person was buying from submitted a cancelled form Jan 12th ordered that **** had cancelled and posted it to my account. Both **** and my Bank (PNC Bank) did not catch this as the seller adjusted the price by 1 ***** allowing the seller to push the old cancelled order from Jan 12 2022 and get paid. The seller shipped the item, but all that was in the package was a ***** Fax sheet not even the item that was listed. I have tried to reported the issue to **** starting on the 11th of March to today the 18th of March. I have been transferred from department to department, I have request to have my account suspended but as they suspended my account in January, but I keep getting told that they cannot do that, which is not true be cause they did it before. I have work with my bank and they have closed my account and issued me a new account. My issue is **** has a guarantee 30 day refund policy in which they are not honoring. Also was trying to inform them that they have a bug in their application that this seller is exploiting but have not been successful in any endeavor with ****. See attachments
