To whom this may concern, My issue is over dental work (implants) I've paid for and had installed. Since being installed I've had nothing but issues. I've spent over $20k between 2020-2021 having multiple implants and crowns installed. Since that time I've had the same implant break twice(now sitting w/ a hole in my mouth). I've had a number of crowns become loose. I've had a crown broken at the office during a root canal. The crown was replaced by the office and subsequently fell out while eating a few months later. Office has since refused to address the issue. Due to not having teeth at the back of my mouth for years forced me to chew with my front teeth. That action damage those front teeth which I explained to the office prior to beginning any work, but now want to use that damage and say that I grind my teeth causing the new crowns and implants to fail. I've been to the office several times over the past 6mo and had requested the manager to call me since she was not onsite. That follow up call has never happened and lead me to making this complaint. I've spent too much money to not be 100% satisfied.
