I am writing to request a formal ************************* for my damaged goods. Here are the details:On 4/8/23, I had two pairs of pants for alternation dry cleaning store. One was a camel and the other one in Ivory.The camel pants have a visible alteration **** in white ********* why would they use a white thread on a pant that would obviously see the visible threading? I asked for a redo, when I went back a few days to pick up the redo after few days the owner not only told me it wasnt ready but there was no explanation as to why it was ready. I had a performance at a wedding which not only was I not able to wear the pants, but it was also a total mismatch from my ensemble team. I have got no proper apology nor an explanation and on top of that he was extremely rude.The Ivory pants were altered 3cm shorter than where I ****ed it, no way close to where I wanted. Frankly it looks absolutely ridiculous. When I called this morning, I didnt want to argue nor complain via phone therefore when to the store directly. Again, no apologies about didnt even offer to compensate for the damages and flat out told me to ****** review and he did not care about.I am beyond appalled by the owners attitude and his response. As a consumer I have every right to expect the completion of goods/services as paying customer, is this not, correct?I am therefore formally requesting compensation for the damaged pants.
