I NEVER take the time to leave bad reviews. Typically it's handled in-house and I let it go. I'm taking the time to write this review due to the rudeness, unprofessionalism, and miscommunication with this company. They were scheduled to do a service for my tv. The technician came out, did the diagnostics and ordered the part. The tech nor the company advised me that in order to fix the tv, it needed to be off the wall. I asked the tech to call into the office and explain the mixup and that's when the real problem for me started. The manager ********************************* was extremely rude to me. He didn't want to here the issue I had and told me he didn't have time that he had other customers. He also stated that he had more important issues as they had a lot going on in the office at the moment. I again tried to explain my issue and while I was speaking with him he began talking with another customer. Long story short, I'm a small business owner and understand that my business is entirely built upon those I SERVE. When I get TOO busy to serve my customers, I'll lose my business. I would not recommend this company for repairs. The diagnostics was all wrong, the communication was off and the customer service from the management was the worst I've ever experience. He did apologize at the end but it was after I stood my ground and stated I would file a report. BGBusiness response

We are only contracted to repair the ** not to uninstall or reinstall it on the wall, her contract company does not cover this service,
I was listening to the conversation the whole time while the manager was on the phone with her and he was nothing but polite.
The rules are the customer must have the ** down for service for the tech, other wise we cannot service a 65 in ** the customer has mounted on the wall.
If she will contact her contract company they can explain this in more details.
