I cancelled my Planet Fitness membership in July 2023. I visited in person multiple times to confirm that my membership is cancelled - when I asked for official documentation, I was told by the gym manager that my account is "not showing up in the portal anymore" and that I should not be charged anymore. However, I have been charged every month since July of 2023. I have not visited this gym even once since July. Multiple other people have had the same issues with Planet Fitness, getting charged for months upon cancellation. I should be refunded the $70 I am owed immediately, and my membership should be canceled. This is an unethical practice and it is impossible to cancel this membership, with employees continuing to cause confusion.Initial Complaint

I have been overcharged by this club for over $100 from "late fees" that the club added to my 2 accounts. I spoke with *** who handles their billing and the supervisor stated that they only process the charges the fees are input from the club. My card has never been reported stolen like the club input in their system by **** the manager and the General Manager nor has there EVER been a stop payment on these reoccuring charges. The new manager **** said these charges were manually entered by the club to charge me. I have called multiple time about these charges and the ** and nothing was ever done. I want a full refund of ALL additional charges. As you can see they charged me 7 times in a month and a half.
